Junior Designer

Salary: £18-22k depending on experience

The Role
The Junior Designer will be tasked with developing their existing skills working alongside the Senior Designer on an exciting list of ambitious and innovative projects. They will also be responsible for maintaining our website and supporting the other departments in LNOF.
A good knowledge of the following tools will be required:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage, but not necessary.

- Attention to detail to maintain and improve brand standards
- The ability to manage a diverse workload
- Excellent organisational skills
- Creativity to influence and direct projects
- Comfortable communicating with senior team members
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it constructively
- A minimum of 1 year design experience within an agency or related industry
From time-to-time the Junior Designer may be required to work out of office hours, so a flexible approach to the job is needed.
