At Last Night of Freedom we realise that the best way to show people how amazing our stag and hen weekends are is to have our previous customers do it for us. With our new feedback system every group who goes on one of our organised events is asked for their feedback, this way we can show our potenital clients how much other people have enjoyed our weekends and parties.
Groups are asked to rate our weekends out of 10 accross five different categories which are, the locations drinking and nightlife options, the activities the group took part in, accommodation, the location as a stag or hen venue and finaly the service the group recieved from Last Night of Freedom. These scores are then entered into our system and an average is displayed for each category in each location as well as an overall score.
There is also the opportunity for clients to leave comments where they can go into more detail about their weekend which can really give a great example of what our weekends are truly like.
There is of course another advantage to this system, not only do we get to show off all of the great feedback on our site from when our weekends go swimmingly, but, on the rare occaision something isn't perfect, this system gives people the chance to tell us about it. This in turn allows us to address the problem as part of our on going quest for every experience we sell to be nothing short of 10 out of 10.
Why not take some time to read the feedback for the locations you are interested in, to make it easy the feedback is split between locations and gender, so for example you can see the feedback for hen weekends in Newcastle or stag weekends in Krakow. There are also overall stag weekend and hen weekends feedback scores.
"Why are so many people bothering to leave feedback" we hear you cry, well one reason is that for taking five minutes to do this people are earning themselves an excellent Last Night of Freedom mug, as a little souvenir of their trip.
