This month we have perfected and launched our online payment system which is now available for all weekend bookings taking place in mainland UK. Managing your booking online and having everybody pay individually simply makes the whole process of organising a great weekend so much easier.
When you book a mainland UK weekend with us you now get you very own mini website which allows you to do everything you need in order to organise a great weekend. Send out invites via email to all of your group members, track who has confirmed and who has paid, view itnerary details and maps online and we even provide an online forum so your group can discuss the weekend.
Gone are the days when the group leader had to collect in everybodies cash and make one bulk payment, this new system assigns each group member their own log in details so they can all sign in and pay for themselves.
The itinerary section of the mini site gives you the details of your hotel and activitiy centres instantly and allows you to view maps of where everything is so you can plan the logistics of the weekend well in advance.
Of course we aren't cut out of the loop totally, our advisors are still on hand to answer any questions but this new feature makes managing your booking a simple process, giving you less to worry about and making the whole thing so much easier.
