At Last Night of Freedom we aim to have the biggest range of hen and stag novelties and are always on the look out for exciting products. Spring Fair at the NEC is just one of the places we go to source new products.
Bright eyed and ready for a fun three days of sourcing products and meeting current suppliers, Matt, Will and Catherine set off for Birmingham to see what Spring Fair 2012 had to offer!
Monday afternoon was spent in the ‘Party Hall’ meeting with current suppliers and looking for new and exciting products to add to our already huge range!
Meeting up with Morphsuits we discovered they are now launching a new exciting line of crazy shirts, shorts, hats and blazers called Foul Fashion. All their items are perfect for wearing on a stag do, you could either all dress up in matching items or leave the embarrassment to the groom and dress him head to toe in these crazy creations!
When visiting our beer bong supplier stand we found he was really busy with a large number of people interested in his selection of beer bongs – I’m sure the half naked model had nothing to do with it!
To impress some Swedes that were coming over Neil from Head Rush had wrote ‘Come on Sweden’ on one of the beer bongs, only his translator seemed to think he wanted to ‘Come over Sweden’! Not his finest move.
Next up was the Catwalk which Matt and Will were extremely interested in until the men’s costumes were modelled!
We spent the night in Coventry which was an experience in itself! The weather was sub zero and so we hot footed it to the nearest and what appears to be one of the only two places to eat in Coventry, Nandos.
The rest of the trip was spent scouring all 20 halls looking for the latest and greatest products in the hen and stag industry. We will be adding all our latest finds in the next few months so don’t forget to check back.
On Wednesday afternoon we set of back to the toon with lots of new ideas/products and very sore feet! Bring on Autumn Fair!
