Szentendre Day Trip
- Tickets provided for the HEV Railway
- Includes 1 drink each
- Maximum 40
- Duration: approximately 6 hours
Don’t limit yourselves to just bustling Budapest on your celebratory weekend – branch out and explore further afield, starting with a day trip to the charming riverside town, Szentendre. And, home to the 2011 Hungarian Eurovision contestant, Kati Wolf, you could brush shoulders with the (not that) rich and (not really) famous here.
Located in the Pest County, a 40 minute HEV train ride out of Budapest, Szentendre is known for its historical architecture, plentiful souvenir shops, restaurants and wealth of museums including the famous Open-Air Ethnographic Museum. You and your group will have return train tickets, and a drink of beer, wine or coffee each once you get there. The round trip will last approximately six hours, giving you lots of opportunity to explore picturesque and pretty Szentendre.
