What your hen do needs, aside from willy straws, strippers and shots, is a blast down memory lane – so, prepare to whack on your finest cossies and take to Krakow’s best aqua park.
This water park is one of the biggest in Europe, with a swimming pool area of a whopping 2000 square metres – boasting a pleasantly warm 29-30 degree temperature (positively tropical, we’d say) and its own powerful wave machine.
For the big kids at heart, this venue is wonderful. With numerous fast and furious water slides, including the Kongo where you can ride on inflatables and the extremely fast Nitro, with the biggest measuring a mighty 202 metres – it’s a wet and wild playground. There’s even a ‘Pirate Island’ with colourful paddling pool, animal water fountains, a pirate ship with cannons, three small slides and a Magic Mushroom.
If you’re feeling energetic, there’s an entire sports village within the complex, where you can try your hand at sports such as water polo, basketball and volleyball. Or, if a chilled out, relaxing visit is more you, there are eight Jacuzzis and various types of saunas where you can recline, people watch and take in the atmosphere. The water is also ozonized with no chlorine used – meaning no tired looking panda eyes at the end of the day. Bliss.
