Parkour is a whole new ball game of running. It's a training discipline that uses movement from military obstacle training (stick with us), consisting of free running. During the practice, you'll have to attempt to get around in the fastest and most efficient way possible – including running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping and rolling. And, this is all without assistance.
This class is carried out in a wide, urban space, and it's varied to suit all abilities. It’s high impact and seriously fast-paced – so don’t forget comfortable clothes and water. This is a workout to a whole other level.
