Stag Weekends in

Worship at the Temple (Bar) of drink

Hailed as ‘The Fair City’, the lively Irish party capital has been making waves since the 9th century. The birthplace of Guinness and Jameson’s Whiskey is steeped in history and is a spectacular haven for rip-roaring breweries, trendy bars and out-of-this-world-madcap nightclubs. It’s the perfect spot for a rowdy stag weekend.

The entrance to Dublin's Guinness factory

You will be smiling as much as Irish Eyes if you choose Dublin for your stag weekend.

We’ve all celebrated St Paddy’s Day and sunk a few pints of Guinness in his honour, but Ireland’s madcap capital will show you how to party on an international scale. This city is lively, diverse and boisterous, with each part of the city offering something different; from the trendy Temple Bar area to the bustling Grafton Street.

The city’s nightlife centres around the legendary Temple Bar drinking district. This area is widely regarded as the centre of the party and the bars stay open until the very small hours. Temple Bar truly comes alive after dark, with everything from old-school pubs – including the notorious Temple Bar Pub, where you should make sure you stop for a livener - trendy music venues, swanky bars and crazy nightclubs to lure you in. This is where the bright young things of Dublin come to drink, flirt and dance – it is the place to party until sunrise. St Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street are also well known for their lively drinking establishments, with many of the city’s upmarket bars found in these areas – so you could start the celebrations with a few pints here, before heading over to Temple Bar.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a rowdy stag weekend in Dublin without visiting the St James’s Gate Brewery. Originally founded in 1759, this brewery is the home of the capital’s famous stout – Guinness. This iconic beverage is one of the world’s most successful and delicious beer brands worldwide, and you can delve deep into the heart of the brewery, get to grips with the brewing process, and kick-back in the Gravity Bar with a pint of the good stuff. This is our kind of afternoon.

Not only is Dublin home to a notorious nightlife and Guinness, but Jameson’s Whiskey (the fine liquid nectar) was first introduced in the city in 1780. The Old Jameson Distillery is the original site where the whiskey was distilled until 1971, and is now a hugely popular tourist centre, where you and the boys can tour the famous building and sample the spirit before getting stuck into Dublin’s nightlife.

The capital is hugely obsessed with rugby and it’s affectionately thought of as a ‘rugby city’. This is the city to which Leinster have brought three Heineken Cups in four years, hosted the 2013 H-Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup Finals, and has the huge Aviva Stadium. Be it the Six Nations, Celtic League or Heineken Cup matches, on match day Dublin is buzzing and you can experience it during your stag weekend.

‘The Fair City’ will seduce you with its traditional Irish charm and spectacular nightlife, leaving you with unforgettable memories and a cheeky Irish twinkle in your eye.

The staff at LNOF couldn't help you enough, and made planning a stag do effortless. Great communication, and lovely to deal with. If you are looking to take the stress out of the organizing and come up with ideas or locations for a stag, I highly recommend using LNOF..

Everything was perfect apart from the hangover haha. Very well organised great communication throughout good price good hotel. Can't fault LNOF will definitely recommend and if needed use again.

“A little more expensive than other European destinations but the Paint balling, the go Karting and the bars and clubs were all top class! We had a group of 10 and every single person enjoyed it. A night in fancy dress goes down a storm in Dublin!!

“Good comms by LNOF and made whole event easy to organise. Good value for money as well.”

Dublin is a amazing place, the hotel was perfect for our stag weekend, there was loads of other stag/hen do's. Will 100% be using last night of freedom again even if not for a stag do.”

Very friendly people

Dublin was the perfect location for the Stag Do. Amazing city, amazing people and amazing Guinness! The activities from Last Night Of Freedom allowed me to organise the whole weekend efficiently and effectively. All activities were as promised and delivered for all those that attended, there was no sad face upon leaving Dublin (maybe a tad broken) but certainly not unfulfilled! For those that have not been Dublin, expect lively pubs/bars and a whole host of interesting personalities, it is a city that cannot disappoint. Bubble Football is brilliant and will guarantee some laughs, do not eat or drink too much beforehand though... Paintball is held south of the city so throughout your stay in Dublin expect to travel, but the taxi drivers are great and the public transport easily accessible and cheap. If you love or hate Guinness you will leave having had your fill and maybe converted to drinking it all together (I was!). Thanks LNOF you made it a good one, I will recommend you to friends as being communicative and reliable, we had no issues at any activity. Thank you! ”

“Great weekend, we all really enjoyed the Guinness tour VIP treatment.

“Great trip. Everything ran smoothly from the transfers, to the hotel check in to the activities. LNOF took the hassle out of organising the stag weekend. Everyone thouroghly enjoyed it and I would recommend you to other people.”

Really easy to organise! LNOF dealt with any queries straight away which made organising a large group of 22 much easier!”

“Great assistance from Alex and Ian before paying, barclay club was super with their offer 25€ for 1 drink+ 1dance. The bar crawl was really cool!

LNOF did a marvellous job of organising my stag event in Dublin. From the initial enquiry to the end of the process and the event itself, everything was seamless and professional. The system is easy to use when planning the event, with good advice from competent staff when needed. The event itself was fabulous. Everything was well organised, on time and of a high standard. The only slight drawback would be noise levels in the hotel, but as a stag event location this is absolutely acceptable. I would absolutely recommend this company to organise your event, they promised high standards and delivered without compromise. Well done LNOF.

Dublin, is an excellent location for a Stag party. The overall service was very good from the hotel, Delta Force (paintball) and LNOF.”

“Very well organised, and very easy to do... Would recommend them to any best man trying to sort it.

“15 of us on a Stag Do in Dublin - The Harcourt Hotel has got to be the hotel of choice for Stag and Hens. It's got a club and numerous bars, open until 06:00 in the morning. The Pedi Bike is good fun but you need at least 10 to pedal it, be prepared. We done the Guiness Factory Connoisseur Tour on the Saturday which I would highly recommend, this really did surprise all of us, you get your own private bar for a couple of hours, very good experience. There are two other bars and live music afterwards too - a must.”

Dublin is an awesome town. We stayed out of Temple Bar and spent most of our evenings in Dicey's Bar. There were loads of nice places to eat on the road parallel with Harcourt Street. The hotel is great for a drinking weekend, the bar is real fun in the early hours of the morning when all the others have started charging loads to get in, and/or turning away drunkards. Segway Polo was awesome. John was a great host and had everyone riding like pros really quickly. Rafting was fun, would be better with higher river levels. Everyone got wet and had a swim, some more than others for obvious reasons, can't believe the brides father was the first pulled overboard! By the end of the rafting we were ready for it to finish as it's quite tiring and we were quite cold and exhausted by then after a long day due to early flights. It made the first round of beers at 4.30 very welcome, but the early drinking start did mean none of us remember a few hours that night! Dicey's had the Miss Ireland bikini contestants on the Friday night which was nice! I got in trouble from the barmaid in The Bleeding Horse on the Sunday afternoon when we went to watch the rugby before flying back. I ordered a round of coffees and got told to f*** off down the road to Starbucks! A bit of sweet talking and she came around and did us some coffees, she deserved the tip she got!”

“Every part of our journey was made easy and fun thanks to Last Night of Freedom. Thanks for your no nonsense and professional help guys.

“I was extremely happy with the full package provided by LNOF; they were very helpful and understanding when I had to make changes/amendments to my booking. LNOF also gave me there personal opinion on the venues/locations I was looking at which helped alot. The venue we stayed at was the Harcourt Hotel which I can't think of a bad thing to say about it except for the food quantity on the breakfast, I was under the impression it was an "all you can eat" however this wasn't the case. The hotel was clean/tidy; staff where friendly and it was quite easy to get to Temple Bar (one straight road). Comedy Club was sensational; so funny definitely recommend this to anybody. Thank you LNOF for all your help; Would definitely use again In the future.

“The stags were especially happy with the hotel and the attached club. We didn't actually go far from it. Cheers. ”

“Great weekend - well organised. Painless.”

First class service. Thanks very much!”

Excellent weekend and excellent customer support/service by LNOF throughout the booking. Cheers ”

Perfect weekend. Hotel was excellent for food, drink and sleeping. Dublin was brilliant day and night.

Weekend went brilliantly. Stag and guests throroughly enjoyed all aspects of the weekend. ”

Great trip, hotel was decent enough standard. If it wasn't a stag do it would've been a bit low quality. Nightlife etc were all good and as expected from previous Dublin trips.”

“One word for the weekend "EPIC". A massive thanks to all at LNOF.

“Brilliant weekend! LNOF did a top notch job and would defo recommend! Hotel was perfect for a stag do, staff extremely helpful by giving us directions, booking taxi's and minibuses for us etc. Hotel was perfect, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Dublin itself was fantastic, the nightlife was great everyone had a really good time especially the stag! Karting was brilliant, again really nice staff and great fun. The dogs was good (only criticism I have is that there was mix up of what we were entitled to in regards to food and free bets but this was quickly resolved after I had spoken to the manager).Overall it was perfect, hotel, location great (although is a bit of a walk to Temple bar area but there is plenty of pubs to help you on the way) all the activities were great fun.

Super weekend!

“Very helpful when we had to unfortunately change dates etc.....if I'm best man again in the future, I will use you guys again...top class.”

“Hi! If you have been given the task of arranging a stag weekend away especially for a large group then look no further then LNOF, I highly recommend them. they arranged a weekend in Dublin for 30 of us which included a great hotel with breakfast, a meal, shotgun shooting, clubbing & bars plus transportation. the on-line login system is fantastic, very simple and easy to use and lets individuals login and pay, so your not chasing people around for money! Plus you can leave group messages to keep everybody in the loop of what is happening on and running up to the weekend. everybody had a great time and said it was the best stag party they have been on. I would just like to say a big thank you to Lois and all the LNOF team . Many thanks, Paul Weightman”

“Harcourt Hotel was a fantastic location ...Guinness tour was very good!!!”

“Brilliant really enjoyed stag in Dublin.”

“Excellent weekend with no problem. All the booked activities knew we were coming and made us welcome. In all a great weekend which was made easy by LNOF doing the organising for me. The only minor issue was the Hotel had us booked in with no breakfast included but adjusted the booking once we showed them the documentation you provided – I suspect it was their issue and not yours. ”

“Had a brilliant sunny weekend-which made the clay pigeon shooting and pubcrawl in dublin amazing-got a little worried when I realized that the hotel and nightclub nr 1 had the same address-but turned out not to be a problem since we came home late!organizing a stag weekend is made fairly easy with LNOF-cheers mates!”

“I cannot emphasise enough just how good the Segway polo was. All 13 of us agreed it was the best stag activity we had ever done (and we've done most). The guy running it - John O'Reilly - was fantastic and provided a well structured session allowing us to have a real laugh but without being stupid. The session was booked for 2 hours and we were still going strong after 3 and could have carried on all evening if it weren't for other plans. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone (male / female regardless of age) who wanted to do something a bit different and have a really good time. Also - Dublin is a perfect city for a stag / hen do, it's got as many pubs / bars / clubs you could possibly want if you just want to drink but also lots of other things to do and see if you want to do a bit more. One of the best weekend I've ever had. ”

Great place, lovely people ... good craic as they say in Dublin. Was a little disappointed with the strip club though.”

All the lads had a great weekend - it all went so smoothly no hiccups, top service at every attraction. Many Thanks Duncan ”

“The weekend to Dublin was brilliant not one complaint out of sixteen people it was all planned well and ran smoothly thanks to Last Night of Freedom. ”

“Fantastic weekend, transfers went smoothly, hotel was amazing, comedy club had us in stitches, people were extremely friendly and Temple Bar rocked! Very happy with what you guys at LNOF organised for us, a top weekend that we will never forget.”

“Great hotel in a lively area. People enjoyed seeing the groom to be dressed up in a silly stag night costume!

Plenty of bars and pubs nearby, and Temple Bar area was in walking distance. Nice mixture of music, and Irish girls! Drinks were not cheap though, it was like having a night out in central London. Plenty of choice in restaurants - Indian, Mexican, Chinese, etc. Lots of fast food joints and stalls open till 4 am. Plenty of choice for veggies.

Had a good time with clay pigeon shooting. Nice change from paintballing or go-karting. Guinness Store House is worth a visit, but try to go early if you want to eat there.

Dublin does not seem to have any strip clubs, only lap dance clubs. We went one available as an activity in our stag weekend package. The girls were gorgeous, but would not do a complete strip.

Overall, despite being a bit expensive, Dublin is a fun town to party in. The people are friendly, and there are so many bars, pubs and clubs spread out. Just like London, there's a good chance of being rained on! ”

Very nice weekend... the groom will surely remember it for a long time. Ooops! He can't in fact...”

“We all had a great time in Dublin - great pubs, great comedy, and plenty to do.”

An excellent time had by all, made complete by the excellent services provided by Last Night of Freedom.

The events organised through Last Night Of Freedom were excellent. The timing for pick up was spot on. The people who hosted the event (clay pigeon and rifle shooting) were first class. Very enjoyable.”

“Apart from the weather, the weekend was perfect. The3 hotel was far better than I had imagined The go-Karting track was awesome! Comedy Club was brilliant No criticisms really ..

Many Thanks ! ”

“Had an excellent day doing clay pigeon shooting. Afterwards we went to watch a rugby game and then enjoyed some live comedy at the comedy club.”

“Fantastic weekend, well organised and great activities. Very well looked after by the locals, even after many pints of Guinness!”

“Dublin was the location of a very well managed and truly enjoyable stag party. If not a tad bit exspensive (bad exchange rate at the time), the whole trip was smoothly run, activities were great but still managed to have free time to travel the city or get your head down, where ever your priorities lie. great trip all round.”

The Stag weekend was great fun - Dublin is so expensive so be prepared to spend a lot. Clay pigeon shooting was great fun however not so easy with a massive hangover. ”

“Please note Dublin is very expensive for beer”

“just recovered from the stag weekend in Dublin and it was amazing! I've been to Dublin a few times but a lot of my party hadn't.

everyone loved the city and the hotel was spot on for location and the staff were really friendly. Best bits were the building we were put in downstairs and to the back so we had a huge area for our group.

The club and the atmosphere both nights were out of this world and possibly thinking of an annual trip there! Everyone had a great weekend so thank you so much for sorting everything out for us and the choice of hotel, top work!”

Quality weekend, the shooting was great and the old boy who took us was a legend. Well organised trip and no complaints.”

“The exchange rate made Dublin even more expensive than usual, but apart from that we, and especially the stag, had a great weekend. We struggled to fit everything in as it was a big rugby weekend.”

Last night of freedom were great. They organised everything for us and it went like clock work. Once we were there to be fair we used the hotel bar and night club most of the time as there was not much need to go anywhere else.

We did head into Temple Bar but it was very expensive, the area around the hotel and St stephens green was far better. Thanks for a great weekend. ”

“All ran on time and as planned.”

“Hotel base was just far enough away from the Temple Bar area to get the blood/alcohol flow moving on the following mornings.

Paintballing location & transport provided excellent. Hotel itself very good value & facilities 'grand'. Needless to say the City bars were buzzing with it being the final Rugby weekend. ”

Dublin was the best stag do location i could have picked, it was the weekend before st Patricks day so everyone ther was in high spirits.”

Dublin was a great venue, plenty of pubs, clubs and nightlife. The hotel was basic but had all we needed and a proper cooked breakfast. Paintballing was fun if a little bit more expensive than anticipated!”

“I'll be honest, I booked activities back in Jan with Last Night of Freedom and didn't really hear anything until about a week before I went away in October. However, we only did activities on the Sat paintballing and go-karting it was the best organised travel and activities I have ever known, everything went smoothly no waiting around. I unfortunately might have to be best man again and wouldn't hesitate to use this company.

Cheers Matt ”

Paintballing was great

The hotel was perfect for the hen weekend, the bar crawl on th friday night was a bit of a let down as some of the pubs were not best please with us arriving in our droves, and some were a very odd choice. Overall I would recommend last night of freedom to others. ”

It's a shame you cant score higher than 10 you deserve it.from my first enquiry until we came back the whole thing was fantastic. The best time had by all, thank you , we will be back best regards ”

“Accomodation was very good”

The weekend was excellent, very well organised. it was just brill. I would use this service again for other hen parties.”

What can I say? Completely brilliant!! From the time we got there to the time we went home the service was great. Many thanks.”

Brlliant wknd, great hotel, great club, good activities. would def use again”

We had a fantastic weekend and all of the activities organised were enjoyed immensely. The activities were all within easy reaching distance from the hotel and we had no problems with bookings. Thanks to all at LNoF

A fantastic weekend had by all the lads, we thought not finding the central accomodation may be a problem but the hotel near the airport was fantastic!! and only 15-20 euros for a cab into town. People were friendly, especially when you are dressed like bananaman!!”

Everything you need for a stag weekend can be found in Temple Bar, which is fortunate as Dublin outside this area is a building site!”

It was well organised your end. Slick in fact. The accommodation we stayed in was more than adequate. Friendly staff, good food, decent rooms. The only drawback was it was a bit far out of town so getting taxis back to the hotel (but v. conveniently next the Luas tram) at about 5am in the pouring rain was a bit tricky.”

No complaints at all about the service, you took all the hassle out of setting it all up. Thanks.”

Hotel was excellent, in a great location walking distance to the best nightlife areas. Activities were great fun and well organised with very little waiting about. Dublin is a great venue for a stag do.”

Was a good weekend and met our requirements perfectly, hotel location even though a little far out was not a problem. Activities were all good, Karting was clean and professional”

Dublin was amazing, night life was wild and I would recommend the karting, but be prepared to pay high prices for drinks!! We found a little Irish bar to find cheap drinks, and they were still £5 a pint, paying up to £7 in the clubs – vodka red bull, that will set you back £9.50. If you’re going for one night like us, you will need around £350 with drinks and food! But if that don’t bother you, then go, the Irish were very friendly – oh and there were loads of hen parties!!!! Big thanks to Last Night of Freedom

“The hotel was a little outside the centre of Dublin, however once we got there it was not that much of an issue, and everything we had booked ran smoothly.”

Dublin is a great place to go. It's near enough that the plane doesn't cost a bomb, but still feels like a different country. The people are great for a stag weekend: friendly, accomodating, slightly bonkers, and there are some really hot women there!

One drawback was the drinks prices. at between 4 and 5 pounds a pint, the Temple Bar area is not for the tight-fisted. I'm sure there are cheaper places to go in the city, so make sure you do your research.

The paintballing was excellent and really well organised. Fairly cheap as well, especially with the exchange rate as it is at the moment. ”

Supurb what a laugh are planning to go back just for lads weekend away it was that good

Our weekend in Dublin was awesome!!

Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the Dublin Guinness and nightlight. Drinks are expensive but the atmosphere more than makes up for it.

I’d recommend organising activities in the day though.. we went indoor Karting and it really brought the group together. ”

This was a cracking weekend for the boys. Everything went so smooth and I was congratulated for being so organised :-D Ages ranged from 21 up to 52 in our party & fun was had by all. Prices are steep in Dublin so be prepared to spend BIG.. Apart from the cost of drinks, everything else is superb..!!!”

Fantastic people, great feel to the place.”
