It is very important that you read the information below:
- To start building your sashes please follow the steps from 1-5 and then add them to the cart.
- Please note that because details can be taken down incorrectly over the phone all personalised sash orders must be placed online.
- We currently have the choice of either BLACK or HOT PINK sashes.
- Our sashes are 10cm wide - beware of other companies only selling the 5cm sashes.
- Sashes are 1.8 metres long - but can be cut to length (see instructions)
- Available fonts are listed in step 2.
- Font colour is always silver - this is because the black and white fonts tend to smudge - plus the silver looks amazing!
- We limit the number of characters to 30 so that the writing isn't too small. For optimum results try and keep to 15-20.
- We shrink your text to fit the sash - e.g if you have different names on each sash please note that the fonts may be of different sizes - this is so each sash looks as good as it can.
- All personalised sashes will be dispatched within 2 working days (although often this is less).
- If you have ordered other products these will be sent seperately. In this event the sashes will be sent by the same delivery method that you request for the rest of your order.
- You will NOT be charged extra for the sashes being dispatched seperately.
- In the vast majority of cases you will receive your sashes one working day after you receive the rest of your goods.
- Because you may wish to trim the sashes to fit or create an angled finish (both optional), there is a small amount of "finishing off" to be done on the sashes once they arrive. This is very quick and easy and is basically sticking velcro to each end of the sash so it can be worn. Please see these instructions that are included with each order.
- Personalised products are exempt from our "No Quibble Return Policy" and can not be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition.
