Travelling to Cardiff

Cardiff is Wales’ capital city, sitting at the mouth of the Bristol Channel in the Southernmost corner of the country. You can get there by rail, road and air from most major UK & Irish cities.

By train, it is 2hrs from London, 6hrs 10mins from Glasgow (with 1 change), and 3hrs 15mins from Manchester.
By road, take the M4 from London and the M4 via the M5 if you’re coming from the direction of either the Midlands or Cornwall.
Cardiff International Airport (CWL) has scheduled flights from most UK & Irish airports.
