By train, London to Glasgow is 4hrs 45mins. From Birmingham this is 4hrs 10mins and from Cardiff it’s 6hrs 30mins (with 1 change).
If you drive to Glasgow, take the M6 to M74 combo from the West of the UK or the M1 to A1 link up the East coast and onto the M8 from Edinburgh.
Glasgow Airport (GLA) has flights from most of the major UK & Irish cities, as does Prestwick (PIK), the cities second major airport.
