Kulley Dehil - March 2010

The activites that we booked through last of freedom were fantastic !! The guides in Riga were always there on time and very patient as some of the lads were not always as punctual.

We booked a Stag Arrest and they couldn't have gone out their way more to make sure it went off without any hitches !! And needless to say, as all girls in Riga, they were...well lets say in minus temperatures, HOT!!

Kelvin Williams - March 2010

The clubs in Riga were wicked and we couldn't have asked for a better stag do for our mate procter(who is now missing an eyebrow). The Hotel if you can call it a hotel (more like a strip club with bedrooms) was the best thing since sliced bread, cold beer etc etc.

We spent 3 days there and really didn't want to leave. from the Lovely guides, Great activities, to the GEORGEOUS dancers(careful you might just fall in love). Definately be going again!!

Gavin Mcevoy - February 2010

Great location, was wary abut this being over run with stags and generally being ripped off from what I had read previously on the internet. This was not the case at all.

The Latvians by nature are not the most friendly but that is the way they treat each other not just tourists - you just have to accept that they are the way they are. Still that doesn't mean they were rude, we got help when lost and advice when asking from numerous locals. Great time had by all our party.

Russ Beardsall - February 2010

On the whole a great weekend, maybe kicked the arse out of the drinking on the first night though!! Friendly & helpful hosts, and all stunners!!

Looking to return in summer for a weekend even though it's not for a stag do!

The only negative point was that we booked the quad bikes which included bbq & beer but because of the weather this was not available. We were offered either shooting or indoor karting with no bbq, doesn't really compare. Also the 3 man room was quite small with a tiny toilet/shower room.

Ken Lawty - February 2010

Latvia was a brilliant experience and a very good stag do. However due to the weather it meant that we had to change from an Hour of quad biking, BBQ and beers to Go-Karting with no food and beers this dissapointed everbody.

We also went bob sleighing but when we arrived at the activity we found that we were only in a soft bobsled.

Jonathan Pyle - February 2010

Most snow I have ever seen! most Vodka I have ever consumed. Very pleased with hotel - better than expected. Activities were excellent despite not being allowed to do the quad biking. Shooting very cool, indoor gokarts good fun. Reps very nice girls. One of the clubs we went to was rubbish, the other one we visited was much better.

Kevin Rounce - February 2010

It was the bomb.

Mark Ward - February 2010

It was enjoyable but more expensive than I thought

Jim Gronland - February 2010

I loved the naked girls

Daniel Sherwood - February 2010

The bobsleighing was incredible and it was definately worth while having an organised bar crawl. However the hotel accomodation was fairly poor and too far out of the main town. Despite this it was a fantastic weekend.

Luke Dixon - February 2010

Amazing weekend! All the guys will go on holiday again next year!!! Top drawer stuff!

Tom James - February 2010

The Bob Sleighing and Party Bus were awesome! Overall, Riga was a great venue for the event.

Ben Jory - November 2009

Great weekend, fantastic service all round. The boys loved it! Will definitely be recommending this to others...

J Blyde - November 2009

One of the best weekends of my life!!

Fergus Leo - November 2009

All in all a great weekend, the accomodation was clean and tidy with safes provided in each room which is a bonus.

The reception staff on a whole were very helpful (especially Ilona) but found a few could be quite abrupt.

Daniel Sandford - November 2009

The staff in Latvia are absoloutely fantastic, the hotel is perfect for any stag, the city itself is expensive but the clubs are insane!!

Alex Paul - October 2009

I would say our group of lads were very niave about stag weekends until this one. Now we plan to make regular stag trips with or without a potential groom in tow! We'd even consider coming back to Riga for a repeat visit! Thank you very much for an awesome weekend.

James Smith - October 2009

This was one of the best weekend i have ever had. Was unsure what to expect at first after reading the mixed reports on the web but my Last Nite of Freedom was amazing.

I would recommend the hotel we stayed in as I dont think a group of lads could not stay in a better place. We had 2 bar crawls which I would recommend you do as we got taxied around by you as we did not have a clue where to go. cant wait for my mates stag do, i am gone try to get him to come back there.

Rob Bulpitt - October 2009

Weekend was enjoyed by all. The activities were well organised and the girls were really helpful. Riga as a city was a good call!

Paul Sanders - September 2009

Awesome weekend of non-stop fun, staff were friendly and helpful and the accomodation was clean and well furnished. I recommend the hotel bar and the shooting package!

Ben Williams - September 2009

The whole weekend was tip top, from when we got there to when we left we had fun.

The hotel we stayed in was really good, facilities were good and rooms were clean with the added bonus of the bar/stripclub. Shooting is well recommended, the girls running everything were really friendly and couldn't have asked for more.

With the exchange rate the way it is, the Latt makes it more expensive than you first thought. Dont be put off with the horror stories either, just KEEP your wits about you. Thanks Last Night of Freedom for making my mates stag do, THE ONE TO REMEMBER!

Jason Ford - September 2009

Excellent service and value.

To be honest my expectations were very low due to negative comments around the web, but I don't know where these people stayed as the hotel is excellent, much cleaner and more efficient than many west europe hotels.

Service couldn't have been any better if anyone tried and as for the steak served in the hotel, well what can I say, as divine as the girls that tried their best to turn my attention away from the said steak. Hosts were excellent and the activities great value for money. This place is highly recommeneded and we will be coming back

Tim Hermans - September 2009

We had a great and unforgetable weekend in riga! I'll to come back soon! Greetz!

Paul Gardiner - September 2009

We all had a fantastic weekend from start to finish, great place to go, all the staff in Riga were absolutely brilliant! The communication and help we had from the Last Night of Freedom staff in England was also second to none. Thankyou so much for making my mates stag do one to remember!

Steve Collier - August 2009

Riga is a great city and the bobsleighing was brilliant.

Everyone had a great trip, thanks for everyones help at Last Night of Freedom

Lasse Gartner - July 2009

Riga is a good place to party

Dan Biggs - July 2009

Great weekend

One observation: We’ve been with you before (to Wroclaw) and then we had one guide who was with us for the whole weekend, from the transfers to the activities and back to the airport. We got to know her quite well and it added to the personal touch. In Riga, we had a different guide every time, so it wasn’t quite the same. No criticism of the Riga guides either, they were all lovely.

The location of our hotel was excellent – better than the other hotel we visited, the one with the strip club. Having the strip club on-site would have been good, but on balance our hotel was better placed for the old town.

Graeme Heanan - July 2009

The activities were well organised and supervised. Of importance, the local advise and information provided by our Guide was inavaluable in many ways!

Richard Abbott - July 2009

The best time i have ever had in my life RIGA wat a place any best men thinking of organising for there stag look no further

John Sowden - June 2009

Having kicked off the arrangements with Paul at Last Night of Freedom in the UK, who it has to be said is excellent at what he does, I was then transferred over to the Riga based side of the company.

Transfers to all activites were a little longer than expected, but once there the Bobsleighing was unexpectedly quick (but not particularly pleasant with a large hangover) and the open air go-karting was very basic but good. There was also a convenient lake close by into which the stag went.

The hotel was very basic if you want a pool don't stay here, however, if you want reasonable cheap beer (2 Lats/pint) and lap-dancing until 8am, then stay here. The worse part about the hotel was the rooms. They are very very basic. There is a safe which was good (and you didn't have to pay to use it) but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

One of the most annoying parts was in night clubs. Bottled beer advertised at 1.50 lat, but once discovering that we were English they banged the prices up to 6 lats. Very annoying but we had a good night anyway. You'll probably know anyway, but don't wander off on your own. People did get mugged while they were over there. Be sensible and you'll be fine.

David Folkerd - June 2009

Latvia is a great place for a Stag Do. Plenty of bars and nightclubs to choose from at reasonable prices. Lastnight of Freedom were fantastic. They ensured the weekend went without a hitch and were always on hand if you wanted any advice. A first class service from a first class company. Highly recommended David

Tim Mycock - June 2009

Thank you for helping me arrange my friend Andy's stag do. The location, activities, hotel and nightlife were all fantastic.

We did however, have ana excellent time in Riga and would definitely recommend using Last Night of Freedom again!

Rich Wiles - June 2009

The nightclub we were taken too was brilliant- the best club ive ever attended and easily the equal of those in Ibiza.

Rumours about the Latvians hating the english were greatly exagerated, we met nothing but friendly people.

Peter Coxall - June 2009

We had a fabulous weekend.

Steven Zacharia - June 2009

Fantastic weekend! So glad we booked with Last Night Of Freedom as everything went very smoothly...most definitely going back to Riga again!!!!

Oyvind Stensby - May 2009

Riga is a great city. We tried out several places on the "Dangerous list". That was a bit like drinking in the "evil axes" However it turned out fine for us all.

Peter Brennan - May 2009

Great place for any stag group - probably the best I've been on. Great pubs/clubs and women. Do your research on where to avoid!

James Dearing - May 2009

All in all we had a great time, the hotel was well positioned, the guides helpful and the place really nice and clean (really surprised most of the group, they had read some bad stuff about Riga).

The best part for all in the group was without doubt the shooting, would insist everyone goes if you still feel like a big kid at heart. We ate and drank locally and found a nice square where drinks were about £1.30 a pint.

Many thanks to Last Night Of Freedom for all the help in making our stag do go so well.

Darren Trottman - May 2009

Activities and ground staff were excellent!

Darren Dix - May 2009

Had a great time in riga, don't to run a tab up for drinks pay as you go as there are some places that will chance there luck with the bill

Jamie Thomson - May 2009

Our tour guide Olesja was excellent. She was very informative, friendly and happy to move at the pace we wanted to. Thanks!

Jon May - May 2009

Staff were fantastic and a real credit to their / your company. Hotel was fine and suited purposes. Shooting was fun but ultimately a bit pricey for 15 mins. Nightlife was enjoyable, saw no trouble and had a great time.

Daniel O'connell - April 2009

The weekend was great we had great weather which is allways a bonus. The Last Night of Freedom reps looked after us very well and were always on time to pick us up. many thanks

Andy Smith - March 2009

Our contact was extremely helpful and professional and took our comments and wishes into account on tailoring our weekend. Great venues, great people.

Tom Baily - March 2009

First of all we all had a great time in Riga and the local reps were excellent - always picked us up on time and very patient.

Only negatives were the meal, the food wasn't great plus weak beer.

We were told the Bobsleigh had finished for the winter but in fact it is still running and luckily we managed to get a late booking - well worth it! All-in-all a memorable trip.

Nigel Rendell - March 2009

Good service by LNOF. Removed the hassle from organising the weekend and ensured that we had a good time - while remaining safe.

The tour guides were helpful, on time, spoke good English and friendly. Many thanks

Ali Gray - March 2009

It was great crack the LNOF guides and contacts are essesntial in Riga

Jamie Mccallum - February 2009

Riga is the perfect location for a stag weekend - it has everything you could possibly want.

There are still some no-go areas though. We never came near any of them though because we were being constantly looked after by Last Night of Freedom! Not only is using LNoF a recommendation, it's essential to make sure you have a great time AND stay out of trouble.

Richard Mccaig - February 2009

great

Phillip Waters - February 2009

Although Riga was not our first choice venue for our Stag weekend, we could not have ended up in a better city. The people were great, helpful, and share a similar lust for having a great time. It goes without saying the woman are amazingly hot, but in the local clubs we found them to be pretty social as well.

I must mention our tour guide Ivo. He was an absolute Super Star. He made a great Stag Weekend into the most unforgettable experience. His local connections to clubs, pubs, resturants, etc made our experience all the more better. We were taken to places we'd never have found ourselves.

Ivo made life for me as the best man so easy, no stress, good local knowledge and was great to talk to. I would highly recommend Riga to anyone who has a lust for life! No sooner were we home, we were looking at flights back later this year for a bit a Golf in the Summer!

A big, big thankyou to LNOF and Ivo for making this the very best Stag Weekend. The Stag is both a broken man, but a man who hasn't stopped taliking about the whole experience since we got back.

Terry Wood - February 2009

We had a amazing time in Riga! the nightlife was brillant and i was supprised how friendly the locals were. All in all the best weekend ever!!

Nick Heath - February 2009

Having had LNOF recommended by a friend, I am delighted to report that I too would suggest their services to anyone.

From the first phone call, Paul was efficient, listened to what we wanted and did his best to accomodate our needs. They were also keen to be as competitive as they could with other companies and for this reason I was happy to give them my business.

Before we went to Riga, I had hugely reassuring email chats with their rep Ivo and he proved to be a memorable, professional and incredible asset to the extended LNOF family. Having the group looked after so that we did not need to worry about anything was so reassuring - and meant we could truly relax while Ivo 'had our backs'! He is a credit to himself and a top man.

The boys in my party were suitably exhausted after an awesome, fun-packed weekend. I'd highly recommend the bobsleigh, the shooting and of course, the strip limo on arrival - it kicked the weekend off beautifully. Ivo was also happy to improvise when we told him we had to watch the 6 Nations somewhere!

My thanks to LNOF and their professional service - it couldnt actually have gone any better and I am still laughing from one of the best weekends I've had. Cheers.

Nick Stebbing - October 2008

As the best man I was a bit worried before we arrived about the reputation of Riga as being somewhere where you could get ripped off easily. Unfortunately this did seem to be the case but onyl when people disappeared into the more dubious venues by themselves or in pairs.

Stay in a group and this a great location - the beer is cheap, accomodation is good value, people are friendly and the women are hot.

Beaumont Tunks - September 2008

Strip limo was great, highly recommened. The bars we went to were fantastic and felt very safe the whole night but dont be fooled to think its cheap same price for beer as uk.The club LNOF arranged was good.

The next day we were booked for the karting and were picked up by the rep again. The karting was great.

All in all I like riga, it's got great bars, clubs and resturants and i would recommened it but make sure you have a good guide as paid for and check out the steak house on the main square.

Stuart Macfarlane - August 2008

As the best man on the trip, I was dreading the usual hassle of arranging everything and trying to keep ten lads together for the entire weekend.

Last Night of Freedom and our local tour guide in Riga did the hard work for me and kept us out of trouble, in the best bars and restaurants and made sure we had an enjoyable weekend. Thanks and best wishes.

Stuart Chalder - August 2008

We all had a fantastic time in Riga... Booking through "Last Night Of Freedom" was very easy and would recommend them to anyone.

When we were in Riga we were looked after very well by Katrina, our rep. When another friend gets married, I'm sure we'll use your company again.

Matt Shelton - August 2008

A great venue and our guide was fantastic!

Simon Lloyd - August 2008

Excellent weekend!

Never ventured into any of the dodgy places thanks to LNOF. Local girls are naturally stunning as was our guide Lana. Activities good too, can recommend indoor karting and canoeing although this takes about 3 hours. Also other activities you can do where canoeing ends include a (safe) sort of luge and zorbing.

Club was pretty good although a few of the girls were seen hanging around our hotel lobby later on!

Bar crawl a bit disappointing as some of the places were a bit quiet but then our guide got us into a club which was all locals apart from us and pretty good too!

Would recommend Riga, only problem we had was getting people up for the second night after going mad on the first! Follow LNOFs advice and you should be fine.

Adam Kaye - July 2008

Katerina, our guide in Riga was brilliant! Couldnt have asked for a better guide. The activities where fantastic and the weekend went without a single issue or problem. Will certainly recommend you guys in the future and without a doubt would recommend Riga as a destination! Thanks

Lauren Hulston - July 2008

The hotel is right and the centre. The bars around the old district are excellent and they don't appear to shut.

Bobsleighing was a great idea and the guides were good. We'd all go back as there is plenty we didn't see, and bars we didn't go in!

Jon Wade - July 2008

Excellent weekend and bobsleigh good laugh and something different

Kay Burbidge - July 2008

Brilliant weekend although be very careful with your credit/debit cards! As a woman on a stag do, I felt very safe in Riga - would definitely recommended it as a destination.

Tim Allen - July 2008

I'm pretty sure I talk for the whole group when I say we all had an awesome couple of days. From the moment we arrived, our guide made us all feel welcome and filled us in about everything we needed to know for our weekend in Riga - which turned out to be invaluable after talking to a few other visitors to the town.

Riga itself is a beautiful city, with plenty of drinking establishments and amazing sights, which was undoubtedly helped by the mediterranean feel and the 18 hours of daylight we had in early July.

We wanted to have some time to ourselves, so we only took part in one day activity (karting) which was well organised, and great fun, albeit not long enough!! I personally thought the breathalyser was a good touch!

Everybody congratulated me on organising an entirely satisfying break (little did they know I hardly did anything!

Justin O'sullivan - July 2008

I really would advise big groups not to go here as it is just so dangerous. there seems to be a constant threat of getting a right hander and getting robbed by locals, bouncers, police and taxis. plus side was the activities and your staff. excellent. hotel and weather was another bonus

Damian Evans - June 2008

The Stag had the best weekend of his life. Not only the Stag, there were 13 of us and everyone said it was the best organised and generally the best stag do they had been on! The guide was excellent, the activities excellent, far too much beer, not enough sleep etc. The Stag liked the stripper meal although I think he was a little afraid!!! Brilliant!

Andy Lee - June 2008

Great weekend, really good activities

Matt Vickers - June 2008

Riga was a quality stag do from start to finish. The venue was exceptional and the Last Night of freedom representatives were outstanding throughout. Highly recommended

Tom Lee - June 2008

The activities were good. food and beer was ok, we were not told the banquet was in a night club we thought it was in a private resturant but the dancers were hot. Shooting was good but still a little expensive

Mark Larwood - May 2008

Great stag location. No longer cheap but great fun. Would thoroughly recommend taking the bar crawl on first night as a way to find the decent venues. Once our guide, Lana, had worked out what we were looking for she took us to the best places in town well away from the rip-offs. Kalku Varti is a great club in the centre of town. Not too big and packed out with the local types you want to see ;-)

Shooting was excellent. Karting was a real hit - we expected some rough dirt track but were pleasantly surprised with the modern well-equipped indoor centre with a fast track and fast cars. Thankfully we all managed to pass the breathalyser test - just!

All in all a super weekend. 5*.

Shaun Duckworth - May 2008

What a weekend! Brilliant time was had by all. Would defo go again!

Matt Simpson - May 2008

After booking Riga I did some research on the net which lead me to believe it was a bit of a dodgey place, with many groups getting into trouble. I found Riga to be no trouble at all. We did stick to all the main bars and clubs but these are the bigger, better and busier ones anyway. Had a wicked laugh, hotel was great for the price. I'd also recomend the night club you use for a top club to go to.

Stephen Macvean - May 2008

Riga is a top spot for stag/ hen do's, in fact its just a great place generally. The night life as expected was top draw. However on my stag weekend we did encounter some problems, on the first night one of my friends had his credit cards cloned, (my advice is only take cash out, go back to the hotel for more money if needed)on the 2nd night the same friend got drugged and went missing for 8 hours. Be aware of the "Pink Panther" club and the "Pub" next door, (they're in the main plaza) we are pretty sure this is where it happened. Also be aware of th Russians conning drinks out of you, they always pick the most expensive drinks, (always look at the menus in bars before you buy drinks. Never work up a tab, just buy the drinks your going to have there and then. If you work up a tab and don't have enough money they will try to make you pay with a card in the bar..... DON'T! If anything go to a cash point. Try to go to bars/ clubs that don't have bouncers on the outside, the more reputable ones have the bouncers on the inside.

Greg Taylor - May 2008

We had a great weekend. We were met by our rep in Latvia even though we landed early. It was a 10 minute transfer to a hotel, that was far better than I was expecting. the hotel had all the mod cons as well as a cheap mini bar in each room.

We headed off into town and the nightlife in the old town is very cool. The beer and girls weren't as cheap as expected (are they ever?) but what ya gonna do. Anyone worried about trouble shouldn't fear, it's easy to find but only if you go looking for it. i.e. don't touch a stripper if they say don't touch. We saw a guy get carted away, but you know he did something dodge. All in all, great trip, great service and will recommend LNOF again...

Andrew Rigby - May 2008

The activity (indoor karting) was in a superb & modern complex, with clean facilities and a great track, however the instruction & explaination of the rules/race type/itineraty was poor. The karting complex seemed to be run efficiently - i would say too efficient.

Airport/hotel transfers were on time. The minibus was modern & clean. The rep, Elina was friendly.

Riga is a beautiful place with many types of bars/restaurants for all tastes. Prices were roughly the same as the uk - Riga have realised the value of tourist money & are exploiting this.....Beware of taxis

Overall, a good place to visit. I have been very satisfied with the customer service from lastnightoffreedom. In particular Paul was particulary helpful.

Alberto Antonini - May 2008

Location was great, good organisation and services overall and very professional (especially the guide on Sunday).

Jon Clark - May 2008

Delighted we went to riga. Great place, great women, great bars - would go again.

Dov Katz - April 2008

Our host, Lana, was excellent.

Lee Roberts - April 2008

The weekend was brilliant! havent had fun like that for a while! the shooting is a must & what a experience! Our guide was called Svetlana and she was very helpful in finding the best bars & clubs on the bar crawl.

And what a great hotel, the bar inside is amazing! I also lost my wallet as soon as we got to the hotel so Svetlana rang the minibus guy and he brought is straight back as I left it in the bus! and all the money and cards were in tact!(very nice people!).

Basically, go to Riga with Last night of Freedom!

Dilip Tailor - April 2008

We had a fantastic weekend. Everyone really enjoyed it and our guide Lana made sure we had a great time. Please praise her for our great weekend. If I were to organise another Stag Event I will defnetley be using your services. Thank you for all your help and services. Dilip

Rob Fulcher - March 2008

Type Stag party in a search engine and you come back with hundreds of thousands of results. What a headache?! Fortunately Last Night of Freedom was just the relief for my headache!

I had heard great things about this company from friends who had been on LNoF parties before and they certainly didn’t disappoint this time round.

Their professional, friendly and importantly consultative approach ensured that my brother (the stag) and his 15 mates had a weekend never to be forgotten! Everything went as planned as per the LNoF itinerary, which meant all we needed to do was turn up on time, drink, eat, shoot from an AK47, crawl around some pubs with a local guide, gorp at some amazingly beautiful Eastern European women, Go Karting, Spa and pool (with beers), and leave with a head full of stories and a lot of laughs. 10/10 LNoF, thank you very much.

Jan Drees - March 2008

We were deeply impressed by the perfect services, punctuality and our host (Vita) in Riga.

We can only say .... WELL DONE !!! We will absolutely recommend "Last Night of Freedom"

We had a great time. Thanks a lot to the whole team!!!

David Hulme - March 2008

Firstly I would like to say how easy you guys made it for me (The best man) to organise the trip. Your website is very well presented and made it easy for us to choose what we wanted to do.

When we arrived in Riga we were met by the guide (Katrina) and taken to our hotel, which we were really pleased with, nice location and nice and clean.

Katrina then took us around town going into a number of different bars which gave us a good guide to the city as well. Would recommend a guided bar crawl on the first night – Not they we remembered much the next day.

We were then picked up early to start the activities. Both the paintball and bob sleigh were excellent, the guys at the paintball were very professional and made it a real fun day.

I would have to recommend the Bobsleigh though – It is something that everyone should try.

Medieval Banquest in the evening was a nice simple meal to line the stomach for the night ahead and was a good experience.

All in all we had a fantastic time. Our guide Katrina was excellent and really made the trip what is was. So many thanks to her.

Best Regards

Charles Kerin - February 2008

We booked the shooting and the pub crawl. We were picked up at the right time and treated in a very friendly and efficient manner by a very pretty young lady. The shooting at first seemed a bit tame until we heard the ear splitting boom and saw the flame shoot out of the muzzel of the kalashnikov after that we had a bit more respect for the guns. It was great.

The pub crawl could have started a bit earlier (but then it did give us the opportunity to eat) The girl - a hairdresser and part time finance student- very pretty and pleasant. We went to pubs and clubs that we would not have found ourselves and everyone thought the evening was a great success. Initially some people thought the price was a bit much, but once things got going most people though it was good value.

A great time had by all.

David Lamb - February 2008

First, thanks for your first class service on assisting me in arranging what turned out to be a great week end! 15 Scots had an absolute ball however the weekend did have its ups and downs! The ups first.

Great host Marija who was first class and looked after us with great respect for most of our trip. Her organising skills were great and i ask that you pass on my thanks 15 fold.

The events were also great and actually made the trip, Bobsleigh 5* fun, paintball 5* fun apart from the running STAG (me) covered in bruises, Shooting 5* fun.

The downs, Well!!! We chose to arrange our own unguided bar crawl on the second night (big mistake) as after several drinks 4 small groups were loured into strip clubs and robbed! I know the warnings were there from Last Night of Freedom however one could never expect the robbery and threats from these clubs. I personally was involved in a exit doorway scuffle where one of my mates was marched to an atm for 200 lats even after i had bought all the drink at the bar! Another was bullied by the police at the door for 150 lats for a bottle of wine in the PINK PANTHER BAR/CLUB. The sourest was the one lonesome pissed guy who has had 900 lats and 500 lats swiped on his debit card and another 900 rejected by my companies VISA (he works for me) by BAR ANGELICA’S after he was there for half an hour or so!!!!! We are perusing this with his bank and the fraud squad however fear little hope of getting anything back.

Marija took us on our bar crawl to a bar which was great however everyone we spoke to who was on the same Ryanair flight as us, 3 other stag nights had exactly the same stories with one group nursing nasty injuries where they had no money to pay!! Disgusting is the word i use to describe these people now. To summarise; I would recommend Last Night of Freedom to anyone who is looking for Stag/Hen assistance as complimented above, however, i would strongly recommend NOT going to RIGA!

Jonathan Fox - February 2008

The weekend went exactly to plan.

Your guide met us at the airport and took us to the hotel then straight out to the strip dinner. It was an excellent night.

The next day the guide was exactly ontime to take us to the bobsligh which again was outstanding. Saturday evening she took us around the city on a pub crawl then into a nightclub. All the places we went to were stag friendly and a great atmosphere.

Thanks again

Paul Jordan - February 2008

The weekend went pretty much wihtout a hitch and everyone had a great time.

The guide was excellent providing help and information beyond what's typically expected. Riga was great fun too and a must for stag-dos!

only minor problem was with payment as I paid by cash and was overcharged (but the Riga folk were quick to rectify before I was even aware of the problem, so that ws great)...thumbs up all round really!

David Beer - February 2008

Excellent service and Riga was a very good destination. Although be careful if you make the stag do any embarassing stunts in public - they took the public nudity very seriously and we spent an afternoon at the police station and had to pay a fine.

Ben Oakley - February 2008

PRE-FLIGHT - Both Denzil and Elina were absolutely fantastic in arranging and checking details for the holiday. Can't praise either of them enough, they really made the whole booking process so easy. 10 out of 10!

FLIGHT - Very good flight time both ways, seemed to go very quickly. No issues at the airport and our Rep, Maria, was there to meet us as specified. 1 of our party didn't make it, through no fault of Last Night of Freedom, though we will be making a complaint to the airline.

TRANSFERS - Good driver (with a cracking moustache) - No complaints at all, got us from A to B every time with no hassle at all, even with several persons having some serious bodily odour/ gas issues.

HOTEL - Perfect for what we needed. Ideal location, lovely beds, good bathroom, tolerant staff (especially as some of the group were a bit rowdy!) There were some dodgy locals nearby who tried to drag us into various places of disrepute, but we managed to ignore them and we made our way to the decent venues nearby which Maria had recommended.

FREE-FALLING - Absolutely brilliant! Everyone loved it and it was bloody hilarious when various people landed on their arse or started doing acrobatics. Staff at the place were very professional and attentive to our concerns/needs. Top stuff

MEDIEVAL MEAL - Bit of a let down. The venue itself was great and clearly had a lot of history and atmosphere. However, the food wasn't great and, in hindsight, probably wasn't the best place for a dozen lads with bellies full of beer. Especially with locals/tourists trying to enjoy a civilised meal in the next room. Food wasn't great, though to be fair, very plentiful! Would probably book a normal dinner if I was doing it again.

NIGHT CLUB ENTRY - Bit of a let down. We tried to get in but told we were not on the guest list. Possibly our fault as we didn't go at the specified time though they claimed we were not on their list at all! Most people were too pissed to be bothered though...

REP - Maria was very helpful and answered all our questions. Very tolerant and understanding, which can't be easy with a group of 12 lads when you're the only female, so fair play to her. Thought she would be spending a bit more time with us on the night out but appreciate she had other commitments and things to be getting on with.

RIGA - Beautiful city. Locals seem a bit wary of us, which I suppose is understandable. Not as cheap as I thought it was going to be, but good value for what you pay I suppose. All those we spoke to had a good grasp and understanding of English, which helped a lot.

Mark Chipperfirld - January 2008

Brilliant.... the whole weekend

accommodation was very nice, guided tour recommended!! no complaints at all.... thankyou!!!

Jason Horton - January 2008

Riga itself is a good place to for a stag do.

We didn't get to see the clubs, but there are plenty of bars there.

The food is ok, but the beer is not cheap.

Darren Peck - January 2008

All 15 guys in Riga had a superb time, the nightlife was excelent with Loads of bars/clubs all scattered everywhere.

Both the shooting and Karting were superb, best karting venue most of us have ever been to. Shooting is highly recommended, go for all 4 guns with the AK47 and the big pump action, you don't get to do this kind of thing back in the UK.

Svetlana the guide was wicked, really relaxed and spoke good english. Had great fun out with her and her mate, can't say a bad word about the whole weekend. Worth every penny going to Riga through Last Night of Freedom, would recommend it to anyone!

Chris Gordon - January 2008

I would just like to say that our stag weekend in Riga was fantastic.

The organisation from the rep was impeccable and coupled with the excellent activities made for a brilliant weekend had by all.

Thanks very much and I would highly recommend you.

Paul Southward - January 2008

Had a really great time in Riga, hotel was a good standard and our rep was really helpful making sure we were all on the bus at the relevant times (no mean feat !!).

A word to the wise, dont just wander into any old bar or club unless you dont mind being fleeced, try to find out a bit about it first, but generally had great drinking fun especially in the skyline bar on the 23rd floor( Riga Prices are also quite a bit more expensive than we were hoping) - not much cheaper then uk prices now, but dont let it put you off, was a brilliant weekend.

Richard Gunn - January 2008

It was a great place to go with a bunch of guys good laugh and we were looked after from the moment we got there till we left.

Would say limited amount of pubs and clubs to go that are safe but had a great time and enjoyed it.

Trent Fraser - January 2008

We only booked the limo, bobsleigh & shooting through your company. Limo and bobsleigh were great but the shooting was average. Svetlana did a fantastic job. She was a pleasure to deal with and helped the 22 if us out if we needed anything

Blioux Hodgson - December 2007

Many thanks to Paul and the rest of the team at LNoF for helping to organise my best mate's stag weekend, I think I speak for everyone on what a great time we all had.

The hotel location was excellent, the food & drink reasonably priced and very good, the pubs and clubs packed with beautiful ladies...what more do you want on a stag weekend?! Inparticular the nightclub entry to Fashion Club was an inspired choice LNoF, especially after running into a Latvian Hen night whilst there!!! I have never seen my mates so happy.

Our guide Svetlana was excellent, always showed up on time, took us to the best places to be and was always on the end of the phone if and when required...even when needing directions to the nearest kebab shop. She even took part in our Bobsleighing Activity which took a brave girl seeing our faces after the first run...but excellent fun had by all!!

As for the locals...they were very friendly, helpful, and good fun the entire weekend (especially the young dark haired girl in Stella's pub who always looked after us). Not a hint of trouble all weekend despite some of the stories we heard on tripadvisor...be nice to the locals and they will be nice back, it's simple as that.

Saving up for the next visit back to Riga...and your service couldn't be recommended highly enough. THANKS.

Gareth Davis - November 2007

Excellent venue, although the bars weren't that densely located and the guide while being nice wasn't the best at getting the party started. It was a bit like taking your girlfriend out with you and we had to wait outside her house while she got changed on the first night!

Other than that it was a great weekend! Activities good - especially the guns!

John Tyndall - November 2007

Everything arranged ... rep waiting at the airport .... accomodation forms already filled in ... straight on the beer ... looked after v. well by Lana ...she showed us the town and then met up with us on the next night too make sure we were ok, shooting was great and worth every penny

be carefull of the bars down town ... Stella bar in particular will rip you off royally if they get a sence that you wont notice ... group down serious cash after only 1 hour in this pub. Martini bar is a great place with great bouncers ... get them a drink and they are you friend for the evening. Great atmosphere. Irish bar Paddy Whelans is a great kick off to any night ... with great food to keep you going. Voodo club great for all night dancing .... beautiful girls all out for a good night out

Nick Brown - November 2007

Had a an awesome 3 days in Riga. Hotel was excellent, guide was very accomodating, beer was cheap and plentiful, I highly recommend bobsleigh on Ice!!

Kevin Barry - October 2007

The weekend was very well organised, Svetlana is an absolute gem, the bar crawl was superb with her as a guide.

The clays and shooting were great fun in wonderful surroundings.the karts were good apart from 3 of my friends failing the breathaliser, their fault not yours.

The accomodation was superb with big clean rooms and beautiful staff. The only downer was the medieval night, if it wasn't for the free beers all night it might have been a real problem. As a boys weekend location it was great, we did get turned away from a few bars with no English given as a reason but then we get that in london as well.

We will be using you again in the near future maybe to Bangkok. Thanks guys.

Paul Worthington - October 2007

Our guide, Katerina was excellent. Very helpful, advised us on the best locations and, of course, where not to go. Not that we listened to her! Bars were good, especially the Balsam Bars. We opted for the shooting package which was good, but over too quickly. Stag had an excellent time, which is all that matters.

Steven Knight - September 2007

Quality company, realy look after you before you go and on arrival. Take there advise on the newer places as the venue we chose had been hammerd by the brits.

Mario Michaels - September 2007

I dont think Riga has embraced the stag night. There were not too many venues to enjoy "dancing" entertainment - we were rather limited. I would not recommend others go to Riga. Your service however was good and the shooting fantastic.

Dan Sherwen - September 2007

Great value, high service levels, & good time had by all!!

Michal Bartek - July 2007

We had a great time in Riga. Everything was well organised and we had no problems whatsoever. Your local partners did a good job. Svetlana was very helpful and organised everything really well.

Derek Stevenson - June 2007

The Hotel was great but the locals weren't too friendly. Events were good paint ball was EXCELLENT, quad bike were mini-bike and myself and another member of our group couldn't ride them properly as we were over 6ft, they are perfect for kids or smaller adults.

Tommy Orme - June 2007

Absolutely brilliant. Locals were a bit funny about the stag's outfit (dressed as a girl) and he had to get changed, but otherwise the weekend was incredible. Ticked every box. Cheap, great fun, high quality and memorable.

Craig Walker - June 2007

The stag do was great, the strip limo's really started the weekend off well. The location was good and the night life was ok but very expensive, in my opinion they have ramped up the prices with the recent surge of tourism which isn't great, and the locals aren't that friendly, although seeing heards of pissed english prob doesn't put the locals in great spririt.

Daniel McMenamin - May 2007

The Hotel we stayed at in Riga was really good we had everything we needed the services there were excellent. Is worth going back just for the hotel for its casnio, club, and its bar on the 27th floor.

Riga has good night life the locals are not as freindly as we thought they would be, the women are stunning though. It seems the prices are the same back home for drink but its cheap for other things.

Andy Greenwood - July 2006

Great place for a stag do, would definitely recommend it in Summer. Went from Mon-Thurs so missed some of the packages which are only available at weekends. Would go again definitely.

Matthew Mavir - November 2005

Ok, ok so it's a bit unfair that I leave feedback on my own stag weekend in riga seeing as though I own Last Night of Freedom but it really was the most fantatic weekend ever. Thanks to all the lads in the office that helped arrange it!!
