The answer, quite simply, is that the Irish capital delivers every time. When a city is as popular and permanently packed-out as Dublin is, the temptation might be to presume that you can just book your flights and roll up to the first pub, club or strip bar with no problems in gaining entry. Wrong. In recent years, there has been a definite move to dissuade stag groups from turning up en masse to certain venues and nightspots, making a spot of pre-planning essential if you don’t want to be left sobering up on the Temple Bar cobbles as your mates’ moans grow ever louder behind you.
