Kate describes Riga as being like a “small Paris”, though without the blood-curdling prices you’ll be pleased to hear, and she simply loves to show off her city to the steady stream of boisterous, wide-eyed stag groups we despatch to her shapely side every weekend. A cut above, this young scissor sister is one of the best guides we can think of, off the top of our heads.
