Stag Weekends in

Newquay
Life's a Beach!

As Britain’s surfing capital, Newquay channels a relaxed beach vibe. It has a non-stop summer festival feel about it – whether you’re an all-night clubber or a real ale enthusiast, Newquay is packed with eclectic pubs, bars and clubs for everyone’s tastes. The tanned, toned, boho surfer chicks are also a bonus.

Newquay

Embrace the gem that is Cornwall's party capital.

Newquay, facing the Atlantic Ocean on the North Cornwall Coast, is the largest resort in Cornwall and self styled surfing capital of Britain. Surfing is obviously the top stag weekend activity here, though there’s a cracking menu of alternative options, both through the day and by night, to compliment the Brads & their boards. Once an isolated fishing community, with a still unspoilt harbour, Newquay has some of the best beaches in the land (catering for all levels of surfing ability), not to mention its rip-roaring nightlife and fabulous social scene.

It aint called “Cornwall's party capital” for nothing gents, so, whether sampling the spectacular cliffs & beaches, or mingling with its friendly, tanned female clientele, you’ll be ever so glad you chose this attractive, welcoming and unique place and opted for a stag weekend in Newquay.

Newquay makes great use of its strengths, the pubs a reflection of the many different types of visitors that the town enjoys as well as the habits of its sociable locals. There are several traffic-free sections to the town, including the promenade, and a lot of recent development work to make the centre a haven for carefree party people (palm trees, I kid you not!)

The markets, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants house a diverse blend of students, tourists and locals, whilst the excellent array of nightspots play host to bottle-guzzlers, spirit-chasers and real ale enthusiasts alike. The eclectic mix of folk drinking in the same pub on a balmy Newquay evening is testimony to its continental atmosphere and laid-back attitude. The town acknowledges that not everyone on a Newquay stag weekend wants to get blind drunk 24 hours a day, so here’s an idea – why not pace yourselves through the day? A daytime event or two is sure to build your hunger and thirst for the big night ahead - as well as lessening the risk of any lightweights bowing out earlier than they’d wish!

“Great weekend in Newquay. The accommodation was welcoming, friendly, clean but basic. Quad Biking was fantastic, 20 riders all on the circuit at the same time, and it was much better than we had expected. Surfing was great too, a realy good experience. Newquay is quite focussed on stag weekends, the bar crawl looked like fun but we were not booked on to that. All in all, I have had positive comments back from the stags, so I would recommend this place.”

“Absolutely brilliant weekend!

We organised at the very last minute and the last night of freedom team put together an epic weekend for us. Everything was well worth the money spent. Surfing on Fistral beach was something that should not be missed especially when making the stag don a mankini...

Clay pigeon shooting was brilliant, really well organised and fun.

All in all the whole weekend was fantastic experience, the nightlife was superb, drinks cheap and the whole of Newquay just seemed really geared up for Stag do's. ”

Had one of the best weekend away ever.

The hotel was very nice and myself and the rest of the boys were very impressed. Rooms cleaned well and breakfast was great (when we did make it down)

The entry to the night clubs was great and no queuing.

The paint ball was great well planned day out and only 10 mins from the hotel. We all enjoyed that day (apart from the stag as he was a bit black and blue after).

All in all a great weekend thanks to all at Last Night of Freedom for a great weekend away and all hassle free. will be using them again for sure.

22/10/2008

Fantastic weekend, had such a great time ... everyone we met or came across, other stag trip's and locals alike were really friendly !

During the day saturday we went quad biking which was really good fun!! We went to a club on Saturday night, and it was pretty quiet up until 11ish , when it filled up rapidly and was a good laugh ! ”

21/10/2008

“Wicked activites, all well organised everyone had a great time! best stag do i've ever been to!”

21/10/2008

“It was good. althought the lady surving breakfast at the hotel was a bit stroppy, not what you need with a hangover”

21/10/2008

The weekend was excellent and the quad biking was great fun I think most of the group was tempted to pay for an extra half an hour when we were done.

The location was good as we found a Cornish Cyder farm on the way back to the hotel to stop at.”

16/10/2008

Overall, superb, especially the activities. The clay pigeon shooting was by far the best we've ever done.

The hotel was very avaerage but, given all we really needed was a roof over our heads, it was fine. All-in-all, an excellent weekend.”

27/08/2008

Good activities - especially surfing which was excellant. Accomodation average but clean. Nightlife very good. ”

20/08/2008

It all went very well. Thanks to Last NIght of Freedom for their organisation”

08/07/2008

Newquay was a good place to go on the stag do, we went clubing on both nights, the friday seemed a bit dominated by males, female to male ratio 1 female to 10 guys. the saturday night was better. paintballing was ace. the hotel was good aswell though but they had an early check out time. all in all a little over priced but a good laugh”

08/07/2008

Last Night of Freedom were absolutely brilliant the stag do was brilliant as well although there were a few too many geeza's in Newquay. The lap dancing clubs were awesome a good time had by all thanks for all the help guys i will be recomending you to anyone i know who is planing a stag or hen ”

18/06/2008

It was generally a very good weekend, a great beach, good quad biking, great nightlife and ran smoothly. ”

11/06/2008

“We used you for Quadbiking and club only. Quadbiking was excellent and everyone enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately we didn't make the club and Quadbiking had taken its toll. However, it was comforting to know that we could have all got in. I have been on a few stag dos and have had to split up from the group as there were too many. Will def use again.

10/06/2008

Accomodation was clean. Nightclub was ok. Fishing was slightly disappointing.”

03/06/2008

We all really enjoyed our weekend. Newquay is a great place to go with lots to do and with everyone just wanting to have a good time.

Would deffinately recommend Last Night Of Freedom as it was great value. The hotel was great and the fishing brilliant.”

30/04/2008

A Legendary Weekend – so much better than we all expected.

The only complaints I would have, is that the Clay Pigeon Shooting was quite far from where we were staying, but it was worth the trip. And the Lap Dancing club entry had no ‘reserved seating'.

But that was negligible compared to just how good the weekend was – it felt more like a week! Thank You

22/04/2008

“if im being honest i dont remember much of it haha...was a great location, hotel was great, weather wasnt with us for the golf part of it but we got on with it”

09/04/2008

Excellent weekend, only half the group knew each other when we arrived, but because all the stress of finding something to do was already taken care of by you guys we just got on with it, by the end of the weekend we all knew each other and subsequently some of us have been invited along to another stag weekend, (i did pass on your details)”

01/11/2007

“There was a bit of a mix up with the booking of the fishing trip but it was sorted out quickly and I was very grateful for this and I believe your company took the financial burden of this mis-booking which is good customer service in my opinion. Just a shame about 5 of us were really sea sick when we were out there, but that's nobody's fault but our own.

The surfing, on the other hand, was fantastic. Overall, I think Newquay is a good destination for a stag weekend but the nightlife is a little limited in variety but I think we realised that before we went. Thursday night was better than Friday and Saturday when there was a massive amount of blokes in proportion to girls.”

31/10/2007

Had a great time, an excelllent choice!

31/10/2007

Great weekend! Karting was great fun as was the paintballing; beware the best man has to take pasrt in the Stag hunt and it is painfull!! Top marks for the hotel too!!

30/10/2007

Newquay is a top place for your last night of Freedom, friendly and plenty of pubs, dress code isn't a problem which is what you want, we went paint balling but it pis*ed down so made things more intresing, the night club entry is a bit of an early entry, but it gets going later on so stop for a while.”

30/10/2007

Had a wicked time in Newquay, Fri night and Sat night. Plenty of booze, plenty of women. What more could you want from a stag weekend?.............

30/10/2007

I had a great weekend. The hotel was a bit on the scuzzy side, but they were friendly and full of other stag, hen and similar groups which was good. Unfortunately on the activity day our planned coasteering was cancelled due to weather which I was a bit disappointed about but the activity centre put on some climbing/zip sliding activities followed by a surf lesson which everyone enjoyed.

We had a great pub crawl around Newquay, my one complaint about it would be that everyone there was on a stag do! The nightclub that we had tickets for turned out to be empty and we were told that we had arrived to late to use the tickets. Apart from that I had a great weekend, at least everyone says that I did and the photos prove it, everything after the 10th round of tequilla is a bit of a blur.”

31/01/2007

“We went to Newquay in November, i.e. not exactly party-season. It was as expected. Good enough to just go and get pissed. The strip club was not bad but not exactly Spearmint Rhino. The go-karting was superb (and only a 10 min taxi ride away). ”
