Prague Information
To label Prague as “the sex capital of eastern Europe” is misleading and a little unfair. Though undoubtedly heavy in its quota of neon lights, strip clubs and all things gyratory, the Czech Republic’s capital is also a great venue for those who want their stag weekend built on good old-fashioned boozing and bravado. With perhaps a little Karting or Shooting thrown in for good measure.
The breathtaking spires and cobbled streets in and around Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge are where you’ll spend much of your prague stag weekend hours, though watch out for some of the huge price variations from bar to bar on either side of the River Vltava. Tourists, rugby clubs, hen parties and locals form a heaving mass of merry folk all out to find the best time possible, and this is a city which offers just as much in the dead of winter – when snowbound, especially – as it does in the heat of summer.
Gothic romance mixed with Absynth and thongs – if you’ve never been on a stag weekend in prague, you really ought to correct that state of affairs pronto.
