Travelling to Cardiff

Cardiff is the Welsh capital city, sitting at its southernmost tip at the mouth of the Bristol Channel. It is connected by rail, road and air from most major UK & Irish cities.

By train, it takes 2hrs to get from London, 6hrs 10mins from Glasgow (with 1 change), and 3hrs 15mins from Manchester.
By road, you need to take the M4 if driving from London. If you’re coming from the direction of either the Midlands or Cornwall, the M4 is reached via the M5.
Cardiff International Airport (CWL) has scheduled flights from many UK & Irish airports.
