Travelling to Torquay

Torquay stag nights give you a temperate seaside retreat in the south-west corner of England, in Devon. It is reachable by rail, road and air - the nearest airports are Exeter and Plymouth - though you need to allow for longer travelling times if you’re coming from the North.

By train, it takes 3hrs 10mins from Birmingham, 2hrs 45mins from London (with 1 change), 7hrs from Glasgow (with 1 change) and 5hrs from Manchester (with 1 change) to get to Torquay.
If you’re driving there, the three roads that take you into nearby Exeter are the M5, the A303 and the A30 (these last two eventually merge). From Exeter, take the A380.
For those thinking of flying, Torquay is an equal distance from both Exeter (EXT) and Plymouth (PLH).
