|The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment, and will be able to deal quickly and confidently with customer queries and complaints in order to maintain our first-class customer service. The role will also involve stock management, as well as some other smaller tasks as required during the day-to-day running of the office.
Punctuality, organisation and attention to detail are key in this role. You must have the ability to work on your own and manage your own workload, but you must also be comfortable operating as part of a team; liaising with managers, warehouse and production staff to ensure that the customer receives a seamless service.

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible, based in Gateshead just off the Quayside.
