We sell the largest range of stag and hen accessories in the UK, we import from all over the world, we have great relationships with all of the major suppliers and we are also now manufacturing our own products. On top of this we have created an industry leading printing department offering hundreds of bespoke designs on a number of items, but we're not done yet!

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual to join our team and to lead our e-commerce department, this is an incredible role with loads of opportunity for learning and growth. We are already a market leader in our industry, having been established for more than a decade in our niche, this is however a changing market and we want to lead that change.

The successful candidate will eventually be responsible for the running of the whole department, this includes but is not limited to:

  • The customer journey
  • Product sourcing, through manufacturers or wholesalers
  • Online content creation
  • Search engine optimisation
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaising with other departments to enhance our website and keep it up to date
  • Negotiating with suppliers and couriers
  • Customer services
  • Managing staff in our warehouse and personalisation departments
  • Ensuring orders are dispatched on time and are accurate
  • Use of Google Analytics to produce actionable information
  • Possible involvement in pay per click campaigns
  • Importing and exporting, both EU and rest of world

We don’t expect to find a candidate with experience in all of these areas, but a good understanding of how e-commerce works and some experience within it will be expected, training will be provided to the right individual on the more technical aspects of the job.

This role will also involve occasional travel to meet with suppliers and to trade fairs, we attend an annual fair at the NEC but have also attended fairs in Houston, New Orleans, Las Vegas and Nuremburg, on top of this the broader company also offers all staff the occasional opportunity to visit our travel locations as part of our familiarisation trips.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • At least basic, preferably intermediate computer skills
  • Experience with computer systems
