Parkour is a new and up and coming sport that is storming the globe (and YouTube).
This training discipline uses movement developed from military obstacle training. You attempt to get from one point to another, without assistance, in the fastest and most efficient way possible – basically, you’ll be running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping and rolling. It’s one intense work out.
Parkour is usually carried out in wide, urban spaces – and your class will be set in an outdoor location. The two hours will push you to your boundaries, and you’ll see your environment in a completely new and innovative way. It’s high energy, physical and action-packed.
