If a private room in a traditional ancient pub, with crates of succulent BBQ meats and a self-pour keg of beer sounds like your dream night – hop this way… Located amongst the bright lights of Newcastle’s Quayside, bar and eatery, Redhouse pays homage to its heritage, with rustic interiors including exposed stone and beams, as well as boasting its own massive range of craft beers and ales. You’ll feel right at home in this unassuming tap room, with a 20 litre keg of Heineken (can be upgraded to 20 litres of Birra Morreti or a 30 litre keg of Camden Hells) available for you to help yourselves from. Just to put that into perspective for you, that’s around 35 pints to really kick start your night.
You’ll also get your hands on a seriously impressive crate of meats. Veggies, look away now. Your crate will consist of slow cooked meats including chargrilled chicken wings, smoked and chargrilled sticky ribs, slow smoked pulled pork and brisket sliders, smoked Cleaver sausage, loaded skins and many other mouth-watering treats. All the meats are sourced from American smoking ovens from Ponca City, Oklahoma and all of the delicious spice rubs and sauces for dishes are made by hand for that authentic flavour you won’t taste anywhere else.
