This 20 sleeper hen house has its own dressing room and is in close proximity to bars and restaurants and the seafront

Celebrate your last night of freedom in this aquamarine dream by the sea! Darling by the Seaside, which is a Grade II listed regency town home, offers everything you need to celebrate your upcoming nuptials. Here you have a superb beachfront location, and are within walking distance to local attractions, bars and restaurants..

This beautifully decorated home is perfect for large groups with five bedrooms sleeping a whopping 20 people! This party palace was built with large groups in mind. There's a lovely and spacious living room that features a 43 inch smart TV, DVD player and Bose Bluetooth speakers. It also has L-shaped sofas that convert into sofa beds and a 2-seater sofa that converts into a single bed. There are four stylish bathrooms to choose from.

There's an open plan kitchen/dining room with a dining table that seats 20, an oven hob, Nespresso machine. microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There's even a dedicated glam room, (featuring stools, mirrors and hairdryers) where you and your friends can get ready together. The Instagram worthy interiors will leave your followers green with envy!

You’ll find this lovely house situated in the trendy Kemptown area just off Brighton’s promenade. You simply need to step out of the house, turn left, and you’ll be able to see the sea. It’s a very short stroll to get to the beach. Brighton’s iconic Pier is 0.5 miles away. The Lanes, where you’ll find loads of shops and bars is 0.7 miles away. There’s a bus stop 295ft away. The 52 bus will take you past the pier, into the city centre and up near the train station. You’ve also got Brighton’s fabulous Flea Market right on your doorstep.

On the day of arrival Consec will meet you at the property to run through the house rules with you. If the security team are required to visit the property on more than 1 occasion during your stay your damages deposit may be forfeited
External contractor will only be allowed with prior authorization
Please ensure that all dishes are washed and that the dishwasher is emptied
All rubbish should be bagged and placed in the communal street bins when you leave
