This fab aparthotel is located in the city’s bustling Ropewalks district on Liverpool’s vibrant Seel street, just a stone's throw from the iconic Concert Square. Your home from home is surrounded by fun bars and restaurants and is also only a 10-minute walk to the train station!

There are a wide range of apartment capacities from apartments sleeping just two guests to apartments that can accommodate up to ten guests. Apartments feature an open plan kitchen/dining/living room area, complete with creature comforts such as a flatscreen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Your kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher and dining table. The bathroom comes with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Per apartment - card only - £250.00

A group security bond of £250.00 per apartment will be requested upon check-in. This will be refunded upon departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Payment can be made by pre-authorisation on a card. Please be aware pre-authorisations will take 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account.

Checking In

The week of your event you will receive a WhatsApp message from the apartments with pre-check-in information, this needs to be read and completed. Alongside this you will receive details of how to pay the security deposit. This can range from £100-250 per apartment

The above must be completed by 3pm on the day of check in at the very latest. Once received you will be sent further information about how to check into the apartments

If you are arriving to Liverpool prior to 3pm, then luggage can be left at 75 Duke Street, so you can head out into town and collect late.
