Company ‘A’ has almost 500 1* reviews on trust pilot and reserves the right to alter your booked package price at any time if there’s fluctuations in exchange rates
At LNOF we have an average Trustpilot rating of 4.7 stars across well over 2000 reviews. With LNOF once your booked package is confirmed your price is locked in.
Company ‘B’ charges admin fees of up to £50 to add people on to a booking if additional people want to join your trip!
At LNOFwe don’t charge admin fees to make changes to your booking. You can amend your booking without fees until it’s finalised six weeks before you travel.
Company ‘C’ charges £10 per person for pretty much any imaginable amendment you could make to your booking!
At LNOF we know amendments are inevitable, so we make your life easier by not charging any fees to make changes to a booking up to six weeks before travel.
Company ‘D’ does not refund any monies paid at all if you were to cancel, irrelevant of your dates of travel
At LNOF the deposit amount paid is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your booking, but we always refund any surplus amount paid back to the group members.
Company ‘E’ has a £25 per day late payment charge for balance payments and their parent companies Trustpilot page has a flag on it due to the amount of fake reviews that were found
At LNOF we’re as flexible as we can possibly be when regarding payments. You needed a payment extension, it’s possible, just ask. All of our Trustpilot reviews are 100% genuine.
Company ‘F’ states in their terms that no information they give orally can be deemed ‘reliable’ so anything that you don’t get in writing can be relied upon… worrying.
