Head of Design

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000, Experience Dependent

We are seeking a talented, creative, hard-working and enthusiastic to be Head of Design and take the creative helm at Last Night of Freedom and equipped.
This is a very varied position that comes with a good level of responsibility and huge potential for positively impacting the company at an exciting point in our growth journey.
Duties:
- Responsible for visual output of LNOF and equipped
- Creating cutting edge web pages that are genuinely engaging and useful
- Delighting our audience with seamless UX through-out our integrated product offerings
- Creating products & mock-ups and liaising with clients
- Creating promotional campaigns – web/video/print
- Sourcing all image requirements – from stock photography to t-shirt design to photo-shoots
- Fiercely guarding our brand guidelines and maintaining print standards
- Working enthusiastically with all internal departments and external agencies
You:
- Have a desire to create a stunning and delightfully simple user experience for our customers
- Want to be at the cutting-edge of web-design
- Have an insatiable interest in all things design- including print
- Have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Have an eye for detail
- Have an interest in technical aspects of image creation, automation and translation to print
- Can work collaboratively, enthusiastically and inspire a team
- Can work to strict deadlines and take ownership of projects
Required Skills:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, XD (or similar) – Essential
- Previous Web Design Experience - Essential
- CSS – Strongly Preferred
- Photography, Filming, Video Editing – Preferred
- Experience of managing staff – Preferred
- Experience with traditional print and t-shirts/clothing – Preferred
- Knowledge of SEO – Preferred
