An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Business Development Manager, leading our push into the garment customisation industry.
Equipped is a new brand and business with the resources of a well-established one. We have a great team, we have some cutting edge equipment, we now need a confident and enthusiastic individual to move this project forward, by identifying and approaching customers, building relationships and ensuring we are delivering a quality product. The successful candidate will also be involved in the sourcing of materials and machinery and in developing our range of products to meet the needs of the market.
Desired skills:- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to sell products and manage a portfolio of clients
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills
- Proficient in computing and digital communication<
- Knowledge of sales strategy and sales reports
- Great business acumen and a head for figures
- Experience in the garment industry would be a massive bonus
This role will overlap with our existing e-commerce business, established since 2008. You will also be responsible for maintaining the customer facing aspects of this well-established operation. Duties will include identifying new products and suppliers, overseeing website content creation and marketing activities.
Driving license and your own vehicle will be required and expenses will be paid for business related travel.
First year OTE £30K, but commission is uncapped and earnings could be significantly higher.
