As a Stag and Hen Company, we have been organising events since 1999 and have over 25,000 successful weekends under our belts.

We are looking for a highly motivated and hard working individual to join our growing sales team. As a sales executive at LNOF, you’ll be the first point of contact for our prospective customers, and you’ll be the person who helps them find their perfect Last Night of Freedom! We’re looking for someone with the right personality to compliment our high performing team and help push LNOF on to the next level

Your main responsibilities:
  • Responding to inbound enquiries sent to us online through our website and inbound telephone calls
  • Maximising conversion rate and taking responsibility for company margin, whilst delivering excellent value to clients
  • Matching customer requests to options within our portfolio, using expert knowledge to create the ideal package for the group
  • Understanding our large portfolio of hotel and activity options across our 69 locations in the UK and abroad
  • Managing a large workload, particularly during the busier periods of the year
  • Communicating with suppliers from across our vast portfolio
You will have the following:
  • Recent sales experience with track record for exceeding sales targets
  • You will be an accomplished communicator, able to communicate effectively with a broad demographic of clients both verbally and in writing
  • You will have experience managing a large pipeline and will be highly effective at prioritising work load
  • You’ll be able to work with a high level of accuracy and show excellent attention to detail, even under pressure
  • You’ll enjoy working in a targeted environment and be driven in a commission led role
  • Computer literate, with experience using MS office, including Outlook
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
The following is preferred:
  • Experience in the travel and/or events industry
  • Telephone based sales experience
  • Experience working with people who fall within our key demographic
