Katie Doyle

Sales & Operations Director

A graduate in Events & Communications, Katie joined Last Night of Freedom back in 2015 straight from university. Her first position was as part of the customer service team. Being a first point of contact gave her a great understanding of the business at ground level. Katie developed an interest in contracting and managing suppliers. This led to her becoming the overseas team leader, which meant she oversaw abroad bookings and managed overseas suppliers.

Katie was promoted to Head of Operations in 2021. This saw her manage the operations team. The operations team are responsible for liaising with suppliers and helping customers with any queries they may have after the booking for their stag or hen has been made.

Going from strength-to-strength, Katie was made Sales & Operations Director in 2025 with ten years of experience at the company under her belt. Today, Katie manages all of the sales team and the operations team, being the oil in the wheels that enables everything to run smoothly. Her strong interest in both travel and events means she is passionate about our customers getting the best service from beginning to end.
