Get to grips with pole dancing and enjoy a glass of wine plus nibbles

Pole dancing is an incredibly fun exercise that’s great to try with your pals. Pole dancing is a super empowering activity that’s great for building strength, confidence and flexibility. It’s also a laugh to have a go at on your hen party.

A professional choreographer will lead the class that takes place in a privately hired venue. Your choreographer will take your through a warm up then teach you how to get to grips (literally) with the pole. You will learn a basic routine. You’ll also get a complimentary glass of wine each and nibbles.

This is an awesome chance to try something new, you never know you might end up with a new passion!
