Discover the thrill of outdoor climbing at Dinas Rock, one of South Wales’ most renowned climbing locations. Surrounded by dramatic scenery, this beginner-friendly experience combines natural beauty with expert instruction in a safe and supportive environment.

Led by a professional instructor, the four-hour session includes full safety instruction, climbing equipment and hands-on guidance throughout. You’ll learn a variety of climbing techniques, build confidence on real rock and even learn how to belay as you take on routes designed to suit a range of abilities, including complete beginners.

With at least three hours spent climbing, this is an unforgettable introduction to outdoor adventure in one of the region’s most scenic and accessible climbing spots.

Note: Dinas rock can be found about an hour away from Cardiff by car. It is also possible to get a train and a bus there.
