Overview
If you love your beer, you’ve come to the right place
With its own on-site microbrewery, Brewhouse and Kitchen home brew a huge range of core and seasonal beers on the premises – which is exactly why it’s the hipster haunt on everyone’s lips. It’s even got a 50 strong craft beer selection, an enviable gin and spirit list and an extremely vast wine cabinet to boot.
Your day as a brewer will start with a hearty bacon roll (what good day doesn’t?), then the fun really starts. You’ll learn all about the brewing process and get hands on with the beer making itself – not forgetting, of course, those all-important beer samples (of which you’ll sup around five pints).
With brewing, it’s all about patience - it’s important to check the quality of the beer regularly, so you’ll be provided with a delicious lunch while you’re waiting for your masterpiece to ferment. You will get to pick from a set menu. By the time you leave, you’ll be brewing pros (and more than a little bit merry). You'll even get to take home a certificate proving your brewing prowess.
