Client Funds Trust Account (CFTA)

All payments made to Last Night Ltd are fully financially protected. In accordance with The Package Travel and Linked Travel Regulations 2018, all package client funds are held in an independent CFTA until after you have returned from your trip. This ensures any payments you make towards your package are held in a separate trust account that can only be released once a fully independent trustee is satisfied that your event date has passed.

The CFTA ensures that in the event of financial failure, refund or cancellation, all funds are always available to make any relevant refunds. You can be confident that even in these uncertain times your package arrangements with Last Night of Freedom are covered by our CFTA and you are fully financially protected.

All package funds collected from you and your group are collected in an independently-run secure Clients Trust Fund Account (CFTA).

Funds Released after Event

Only once you've returned from your weekend are funds released to us. This is administered by a fully certified, independent trust specialist.

Fully Financially Protected

Your can rest easy knowing that if the worst should happen your package funds are fully financially protected and covered by The Package Travel and Linked Travel Regulations 2018.
