Customer Service Assistant – Operations

Salary: £18,000 plus benefits

Your main responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients to facilitate, help and amend existing bookings
  • Dealing with day to day customer enquiries
  • Understanding our large portfolio and liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis
  • Perform in accordance with KPIs
  • Ability to communicate across multiple platforms (email, message, phonecalls)
You will have the following:
  • You will be enthusiastic with the ability to quickly learn and a keen eye for helping people
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • The ability to multi task and manage time efficiently
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work weekends and evenings
The following is preferred:
  • Customer service experience is preferred for this role
  • Familiarity with the travel industry
  • Proven experience working with internal CRM systems
  • Problem solving skills
