As a Stag and Hen Company, we have been organising events since 1999 and have over 25,000 successful weekends under our belts.
We are looking for someone to join our brilliant After Sales Operations team within Last Night of Freedom. As an Event Planner, you will be the point of contact for bookings, facilitating bookings and helping deliver the best Last Night of Freedom!
Your main responsibilities: - Liaising with clients to facilitate, help and amend existing bookings
- Dealing with day to day customer enquiries
- Understanding our large portfolio and liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis
- Perform in accordance with KPIs
- Ability to communicate across multiple platforms (email, message, phonecalls)
You will have the following: - You will be enthusiastic with the ability to quickly learn and a keen eye for helping people
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to multi task and manage time efficiently
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work weekends and evenings
The following is preferred: - Customer service experience is preferred for this role
- Familiarity with the travel industry
- Proven experience working with internal CRM systems
- Problem solving skills
