Since Blackpool is known for its iconic beaches, we’ve chosen some of the best hotels that are just a hop, skip and a drunken stumble from the promenade. Once you’ve made the most of the rides and amusements, our accommodation is perfectly located so you and the girls can get straight out on the town.
One hotel with the best location going is the Ibis Styles Blackpool. You’re looking out onto the sea, so you get the best view of the promenade, the sea and everything else which makes Blackpool iconic. You’re also a 20-minute walk from the city centre where all of Blackpool’s top restaurants, bars and clubs are. If the city centre isn’t enough for you, there’s a tonne of amazing bars all around the hotel, so no matter what your plans are, there’s plenty of bars to stop in for a cocktail before, during and after your night out. The Norwood Hotel is perfect if you’re in the mood to be right in the heart of Blackpool’s nightlife. You’re sat perfectly between the beach front and the city centre, so no matter what you have planned you have a five minute walk in each direction to get to all the main attractions.
We offer a range of luxury hotels in BlackpoolIf you’re wanting some of the best views in Blackpool, Travelodge Blackpool South Promenade is the hotel for you. You’re right on the edge of the beach, right along from the Pleasure Beach and overlooking Blackpool Illuminations, so if you’ve managed to book your weekend when they’re turned on you get the best view in the city. You’re also right by a tonne of fun activities, and a couple of minutes’ walk from Blackpool South train station, so you can be off the train, into your room and straight back out in less than 30 minutes. There is also an on-site bar, so you can enjoy a glass of wine (or three) while you’re waiting for all your girls to get ready. You are a little further away from the city centre here, but it’s worth it for the views alone.
For a little bit more luxury, The Norbreck Castle Hotel is perfect. With amazing beachfront views, and an on-site gym, swimming pool and sauna, this 3-star hotel is the perfect retreat for you and your girls. There are several bars and restaurants nearby, and the city centre is just a tram ride away so you don’t need to worry about getting into town for your night out.
Add some colour to your hen weekendWe try to make sure our accommodation is in the perfect location for whatever kind of weekend you and your girls are planning. If you’re looking for something super central and right in the heart of everything that’s going on, Norwood Hotel and Ibis Styles Blackpool are both perfect for getting stuck into the cities nightlife, as they are both within walking distance of the city centre. Some of our hotels are a little further afield and do require taxis.
Travelodge Blackpool South Promenade is a 45 minutes’ walk if you’re feeling brave, however we recommend booking a taxi to make sure you’re at the bar in no time. A taxi from here should take you a little under 15 minutes to get there. The Norbeck Castle Hotel is set further along the promenade, so you’ll need to catch a cab into the town centre, however a taxi will take you less than 20 minutes, or alternatively there’s a tram stop less than a minute’s walk from your hotel room, so you can hop on a tram and be in the centre in next to no time.
We’ve been good enough to make sure that we’ve reserved room allocation in every hotel that we suggest to you, so you don’t need to worry about missing out on your perfect room. Some weekends do fill up quicker than others, particularly around Halloween and the Christmas light switch on, however if you book far enough in advance there should be no problem booking your hotel of choice. Don’t worry, though – we always make sure one of our staff members double checks your weekend for you so you won’t be disappointed.
You are – we’ve covered you and the girls for everything, including any accommodation issues that might arise. Last Night Ltd are a fully accredited travel company and 100% ABTA protected (Y6354), so you can book with total confidence knowing you’re fully covered with all the necessary legal requirements.
