If you’re looking for something a bit special for you and the girls, why not try one of the two Hilton hotels in the trendy Holbeck Urban Village area of the city. Cradle of the industrial revolution in Leeds, the area now boasts a spectacular array of upmarket bars and restaurants, and you can stay at its heart in either Doubletree by Hilton, or the Hilton itself. Both hotels are superbly appointed, the former offers drinks with a view in its rooftop bar and lounge and the latter a spa in case you want to relax in style on your Leeds hen do. Or choose the smart, trendy Marriott, another hit with our customers, for four star luxury in the heart of the city, and access to the largest indoor pool in Leeds. The Crowne Plaza also offers a pool and spa and is another customer favourite, for its combination of four star facilities and a price that won’t break the bank.
If it’s quality you’re after but you fancy a little more independence, why not try an apartment complex? Our customers love Leeds City Apartments, and it’s not hard to see why. Light, clean and practical, the space in these cute studios is comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need to enhance your stay. Plus they’re right by the river and within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions (and by attractions we obviously mean bars). In the middle of our price range but still proving popular with previous customers, we have the Holiday Inn Express. Stylish, simple accommodation based slightly further out of the centre, near retail outlets and restaurants but still within walking distance of the city centre’s more popular attractions, and handily a stone’s throw from the Emmerdale studio experience for hens who fancy a pint at the Woolpack. Just down the road, the Ibis is another more reasonably priced and popular option.
You’ll find plenty of accommodation options located right at the heart of the action in Leeds for you ladies who prefer to party hard and fall straight into bed at the end of the night. We also offer a handful of hotels slightly further out – these can be cheaper but might involve a longer walk back from some of the nightlife, so you might find yourself enlisting the services of a taxi to see you safely to your bed once you’ve thrown in the towel and are ready for some shut-eye. We have a handful even further out on the outskirts of the city a good 15-20 minute cab ride from the centre.
Leeds is a city that’s constantly buzzing, thriving nightlife and great shopping ensuring it’s a busy place all year round. There are a few times of year where the city sees an increase in tourism though, so it’s best to plan ahead if you’re hoping to book your hen do during these busy periods. We have room allocations in all our hotels but these may fill up quickly, for example on Leeds Festival weekend and during Bank Holidays (particularly the August bank holiday). Speak to your LNOF sales rep if you want to ensure you avoid these busy dates, after all you might prefer not to rub shoulders with a load of grimy festival-goers.
