Berlin is a relatively unique capital on the party scene.
Berlin is a breathtaking patchwork of old, iconic attractions and modern centres. The city is a huge, cultural melting pot – and the range of districts will make your head spin.
The city is unbelievably cool – it’s the original hipster – and the locals are achingly-hip and wonderfully welcoming. The capital is made up of several inner city districts, and one of the most notable is the effortlessly chilled, Alexanderplatz. Home to landmarks such as the sky-high TV tower and the historic Museum Island – this area is a tourist hotbed, drawing in huge crowds each week. This is a gorgeous destination for a few drinks before moving onto Berlin’s notoriously underground and lively music scene, and the streets are strewn with upmarket cocktail bars and traditional German pubs. Kreuzberg is the crazier, younger sister of Alexanderplatz – and is one of the more recognised, quirky areas of the city. This diverse district boasts streams of bars spilling out into the streets, alongside punk clubs and underground caverns (Prince Charles holds the title as one of the most famous spots in the area). Mitte is, perhaps, the typical choice as it literally translates as the middle, flourishing with mouthwatering restaurants and bars – you’ll be spoilt for choice on your hen weekend.
Full of history and traditioanlly German beer halls like Hofbrau, Berlin is a class place for a hen weekend.

Berlin is jam-packed with Germany’s finest attractions – it’s overflowing with stunning history. You’ve got Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie and the Berlin Wall to name but a few, and all are within easy reach on the U-Bahn. It also has spectacular commercial districts, featuring designer stores and even better individual shops – it’s the perfect place to indulge in a spot of retail therapy. And, of course, you’ve got to sample the traditional beer gardens and bouncing beerhalls – Germany is the land of beer… Berlin is beautiful and will leave you with unforgettable memories – we’ll see you there.
