The gorgeous Irish capital is diverse, vibrant and utterly beguiling. Much of Dublin’s city centre has been redeveloped over the years; however, when you walk through the bustling centre you can still find the city’s swanky (and hen party friendly) bars and madcap nightclubs, harmoniously rubbing shoulders alongside major cultural attractions.
The lively, cobbled streets of the iconic Temple Bar drinking district - interspersed with rip-roaring pubs, upmarket bars, trendy hotels and overlooked by the historic Dublin castle - are widely regarded as the city’s central hub for both carousing and culture. Temple Bar, home to the iconic Temple Bar pub and Dublin’s only art-house cinema, is the place to see and be seen in, with Dublin’s finest heading over to experience the districts famous non-stop party atmosphere. Dublin’s lovely Italian Quarter, on the north side of the River Liffey, just across the Millennium Bridge, is a wonderful place to start the hen weekend celebrations before heading to the notorious Temple Bar. You can enjoy the simple sophistication of a glass of wine and a delicious meal in one of the fabulous open-air restaurants, and then dance the night away with your best friends in one of the city’s most stylish clubs. The last hen party I went to was in Dublin. I can't remember much after the cocktail class in Lillie's Bordello... but from the photos, it looks like we had the best night!

This cosmopolitan city’s shopping districts are up there with the best in Europe, so if you're a retail therapy loving hen, you're onto a winner. You can take an in-depth tour of the fascinating brewery and then relax with a drink in the celebrated Gravity Bar - the prime spot for that obligatory hen party selfie. The views of Dublin city centre and the surrounding countryside from this top floor, glass walled, circular bar are simply stunning – the perfect way to spend an afternoon with the girls before partying until the early hours.
