2. Albanach

Albanach is the perfect rustic bar to sip a wine or two. Adorned with antler chandeliers and exposed stone walls, this cosy boozer is a great spot to toast your hen party and certainly won’t leave you high and dry. They have a huge selection of whiskies, spirits and ales, as well as delicious comfort food like fish and chips and burgers – it’s important to line the stomach on a bar crawl!

Whistle Binkies is a bouncing spot, with regular live music for revellers to enjoy. Housed in the vaults underneath South Bridge in Old Town, Whistle Binkies is open until the ‘wee small hours’ with up to six acts performing each night. The bar has a cool grunge feel about it and is a one to visit in your flats (we dinnie think heels are going to cut it).

The Royal Mile tavern is a charming little pub on the historic mile, perfect for ticking those cultural boxes on your pub crawl. Retaining the traditional Edinburgh pub feel, The Royal Mile Tavern is decked out with wooden features and provides a welcoming feel from the moment you step in from the hilly streets of the Old Town.

5. The World's End

This is the perfect spot to visit on your Royal Mile pub crawl. This pub used to be situated right next to the cities boundary wall, which at the time was considered the edge of the world, hence the name - The World’s End. Its traditional interiors provide a rustic Scottish experience, enhanced by the good selection of whisky and beer of course.
