The Children’s Heart Unit at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle offers paediatric cardiology treatment to children living with serious heart conditions, and CHUF (Children’s Heart Unit Fund) is the charity that raises the vital funds needed to support it. The unit isone of only two in the country where care of this nature can be accessed and it provides treatment to children from pre-natal, right through to adulthood.

We are proud to say that we have managed to raise a grand total of £1,500 so far, via Just Giving and staff donations, and are continuing to add to that total through the cunning use of a staff tuck shop.
