Over 25 years and roughly 45,000 trips later, we like to think that here at LNOF, we have a pretty good idea of where the best locations are. Liverpool

Collage of the city of Liverpool overlooking River Mersey, a cocktail class, water wipe out and bubble mayhen

The queen of hen party locations, Liverpool topped our table for the fourth year in a row (and has extended its lead over Newcastle!). Why? Because it is hen heaven! This Mersey paradise is packed with classy cocktail bars and incredible restaurants while it is also a culture vulture’s paradise. From The Beatles to the Grand National, there’s always something going on in the city which usually attracts a couple of hundred stags and hens each weekend – meaning the nightspots are almost permanently buzzing. During the day you can try everything from an to , a wonderful actor led experience that will see you sipping on cocktails in a jail setting, while as the night sets in, you could embark on a bar crawl along Mathew Street (home of the legendary Cavern Club) or take in the sights of the classic Dreamboys Show. No matter what you choose to do, Liverpool won’t let you down – just check out our Liverpool Hen Party Guide to start planning your weekend at LNOF’s top rated hen party location. Another location to shoot up the list for 2025 is Belfast. Bustling Belfast is Last Night of Freedom’s fastest growing hen party destination in recent years, and has become a firm fixture in our annual top 10. This year it snags second place as it continues to outperform Dublin. A city for those who want something different without leaving the comfort of the UK, Belfast boasts a ton of culture and history. If you’re a history buff, then there’s tons to get your teeth into – while if you are a TV geek, then this is where they filmed Game of Thrones. Our hometown has been demoted to bronze position, but it's still in the top 3, which isn't too shabby. Newcastle is a pure belter night out and is one of Europe’s biggest hen (and stag) hotspots, with the city centre absolutely packed come Friday night. From the classy cosmopolitan beauty of the city’s picturesque Grey and Dean Street to the Geordie Shore hangout that is the Diamond Strip, Newcastle has everything you could ever want from a hen party location. Despite being a major city, everything pretty much happens in the space of a few square miles. Most of the accommodation is slap bang in the city centre, including our own exclusive hen party nest, Honeypot House and there is a massive range of glorious, madcap activities to keep you busy from a cheeky Nude Life Drawing sesh to getting the girls together to play a real-life version of Squid Games (you can pretend you're in the reality TV show!). And if you have some spare change, why not hire a Geordie Shore star to join you for the big night out?! Check out our extensive Newcastle Hen Guide.
