Ropewalks/Concert Square

Concert Square in the Ropewalks area is the beating heart of Liverpool’s nightlife and a must-do on a stag. Concert Square (as the name would suggest) is a square which is chocka with bars, pubs and clubs. Here you will find nightlife venues such as McCooleys, Coyote Ugly Saloon, Level and Boston Pool Loft. Right in the middle of it all is Soho Bar which boasts an iconic seating area which is probably what you think of when you think of Liverpool nightlife. We'd recommend getting some Liverpool Nightlife Wristbands, so you can make use of guestlist entry for top bars in this area and beyond.

Go Karting

Indoor Karting is a stag do classic. If your group are into karting, you’ll be pleased to hear that Liverpool has an excellent karting track. Located near Liverpool One, TeamSport boasts the UK’s no 1 indoor karting circuit. The track is 45m long with ten corners to tackle. Here you will be driving eco-electric karts that can reach speeds up to 45mph. You ‘Kart’ get better than that!

Wrestling School

Wrestling might not be the first thing you think of when you think of Liverpool, but we’d highly recommend you check Wrestling School out. This all-out American wrestling experience will see you learning all the classic moves including slams, strikes, clotheslines, bumping and top rope free falls. You will be taught by the best, i.e. by former and/or current wrestlers. And at the end there will be a chance to do a mini royal rumble should you fancy it. If you want something unique for your stag, WWE couldn’t recommend this enough…

Albert Dock

If you fancy enjoying some waterfront views with a drink in hand, Albert Dock is a great place to head. This iconic attraction is home to bars such as the Pump House, The Botanist, Revolution and The One O’Clock Gun. Not only that but there are restaurants, shops and attractions such as The Beatles Story. It’s a nice place just to wander about for a bit.

Boston Pool Loft

Located in Concert Square, Boston Pool Loft does exactly what it says on the tin… it’s a loft, with pool! This fab bar has loads of pool tables (both American and British) to play on, as well as this there’s also darts, foot pool (a mix between football and pool), shuffleboard and ping pong. They show live sports here too, so it’s a great place to catch the match. This is perfect if you want something a bit chilled out on the itinerary.

Gravity Max

Found in the Liverpool One complex, Gravity Max is bursting with fun and games. The go karting here could be mistaken for something from Mario Kart with its bright flashing colours and multiple levels. It’s perfect if you want to do a bit of go karting but not dedicate an afternoon to it. As well as karting, there is 10 pin bowling, e-darts, shuffleboard, VR games, mini golf and batting cages. So, basically there’s a bit of everything!

Mathew Street

All you need is love? Nah, all you need is a visit to Mathew Street. Birthplace of The Beatles, Mathew Street is a high-energy nightlife area known for live music, cheesy clubs like Flares and good value drinks. Bars here include the famous Cavern Club, sports bar Rubber Soul and the ever-popular Irish bar McCooleys. We do a Mathew Street Bar Pass, which will get you entry to all the top spots.

Outdoor Paintball

Uh oh! Your trip to Liverpool is about to get messy…. Stags can’t get enough of Outdoor Paintball and Liverpool has some great paintball options. We would recommend the paintball at Delta Force. Found near to Knowsley Safari Park, this epic paintball venue has six Hollywood themed game zones. These include Raptor Park, where one move wrong recovering dinosaur eggs could spell disaster and Zombies’ Crypt (the title of that one is pretty self-explanatory).

Moonshine Saloon

Bringing a new meaning to a ‘wild’ weekend in Liverpool, Moonshine Saloon is a cowboy-themed bar. You will enter a saloon with some liquor (it’s bring your own booze). Then you will get into the part by being given a poncho and cowboy hat. Hand your spirits over to the expert mixologists and they will make you 4 rounds of cocktails based on your taste (you can just bring tins of beer if you’d rather). Then the show will begin…. Where you will be plunged into a world of a fun cowboy-themed story. You can even read about when our staff tried Moonshine Saloon . Yee-haaave to get this on the itinerary!

Hovercraft Duels

And now for something completely different…. Hovercraft Duels will see you racing hovercrafts. Get to feel cool AF as you race Snapper, Marlin or Viper hovercrafts on a pair of identical side-by-side tracks on a grass marsh circuit. This place boasts the UK’s only activity centre to have two pairs of duelling tracks. The activity takes place 55 minutes from Liverpool’s city centre, but we think it’s well worth it.

Anfield

Anfield… the home of Liverpool FC and many a legendary sporting moment. You can go behind the scenes with an Anfield Stadium Tour. This will see you exploring the club’s history and access areas that normally you can’t. You will get to have a look around the Press Conference Room, the Player's Tunnel, the Home Team Dressing Room and more! You can also visit the LFC Museum where you can see all the major trophies.

Mini Golf

There’s no better way to break the ice on a stag do than with a round of mini golf! There are a couple of great options in Liverpool. Golf Fang feels a little like you’ve gone down the rabbit hole in wonderland. It is packed with all kinds of quirky holes from the pipes from Super Mario to a mock-up of the set of the Jeremy Kyle show. You’ve also got Crazier Golf at Boom Battle Bar, which has lots of exciting twists and turns including catapults, loops and conveyors!

Liverpool Brewery Bus Tour

Hop onboard a bus for this brilliant , which will take you to between four and six breweries. Oh, and did we mention you get to taste around 10 different beers and enjoy a delicious 10-inch pizza each?! This tour can be public or private depending on your group size. This is a great way of exploring Liverpool whilst not wasting any precious drinking time.

Alcotraz

For a unique way to ‘cell-ebrate’, head to Alcotraz (just off Concert Square). This unusual stag do activity will see you putting on an orange jumpsuit and sneaking some alcohol past the warden into the slammer. Part theatre, part drinking experience, you will give your alcohol over to the inmates who will whip you up some cocktails that will be served in prison tins. A prison-themed storyline will unfold that’s so much fun it’s almost criminal…..

Boom Battle Bar

And lastly, Boom Battle Bar. Found in the central St Johns Shopping centre, Boom Battle Bar is a real crowd pleaser. There’s something for everyone including axe throwing, crazy golf, shuffleboard, e-darts, pool and more. You can also enjoy tasty street food and make use of their well-stocked bar.
