Gorgeous flat sleeping up to 10 located in the Lanes area

Located right in the famous Brighton lanes, just steps from the sea, this gorgeous and tastefully decorated flat comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, plus all your creature comforts like Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, making it a pre-drinking paradise. There’s free parking for one car.

Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and an ensuite (with a shower and sink) and side sea views. Bedroom two has a king size ‘zip and link’ bed which is made up into 2 single beds, plus a full-size single bunk beds sleeping 2 guests. Bedroom three also has a ‘zip and link bed’ made of two single beds, plus full-size bunk beds sleeping up to 2 guests.

The lanes are an excellent location to have your base. This lively neighbourhood has quaint tea shops and old fashioned pubs, plus cute little alleyways with independent jewellers and quirky shops. And of course, you’re just a short stroll to the seafront, where the best main is.

This fab house places you just a 4-minute walk from the beach meaning you can be sipping on cocktails whilst enjoying sea views in no time at all. So, all in all, a pretty great location.

  • Guests shall not permit the property to be visited or occupied by more guests than stated on the booking
  • External contractors will only be allowed with prior authorization
  • This is a non-smoking inside the property. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the apart will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Noise monitors are located within the property. In consideration for our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties or use of the patio area. If you trigger a noise alert you will be contacted, by phone, text and or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team will be called out to visit our property and a charge for this will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances, you will be asked to leave the property.
  • When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
  • Please note that should be no use of glitter, confetti or spray tan in the property. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit should the property find evidence of use
