This gorgeous and grand house, that sleeps 16, is situated in the heart of bustling Brighton, just steps from the iconic Palace Pier and famous pebble beach - you really couldn't get a better location!

Set over five floors, and boasting 5 bedrooms & 3 showers, this stylishly furnished town house provides a great location for soaking up the atmosphere of this popular seaside party town. The house has quaint features such as fireplaces and quirky wall art.

The stunning living area has beautiful wallpaper and plant-themed decor, as well as a SMART TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and a dining/seating area for 10 - 12 guests.

A group security bond of £500.00 will be requested 1-2 weeks before your weekend. You will be required to pay this before details of the check-in are provided. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Property Restrictions

  • Guests shall not permit the property to be visited or occupied by more guests than stated on the booking
  • External contractors will only be allowed with prior authorization
  • This is a non-smoking inside the property. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the apart will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Noise monitors are located within the property. In consideration for our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties or use of the patio area. If you trigger a noise alert you will be contacted, by phone, text and or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team will be called out to visit our property and a charge for this will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances, you will be asked to leave the property.
  • When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
  • Please note that should be no use of glitter, confetti or spray tan in the property. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit should the property find evidence of use
