These stylish apartments, sleeping 8 guests (with 6 beds), are situated in the heart of Brighton's vibrant Kemptown area. The iconic pier and famous pebbled beaches of this seaside town are just a few minutes walk away.

Seaview Heights Apartment feature an open-plan living and dining space - ideal for catching up in as a group before heading out to take in all this this location has to offer. There are two bathrooms, a main bathroom and an ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom. There is free wi-fi available throughout the property.

The spacious living room has a 50'' SMART TV (with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and panoramic windows with distant seas views. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, four ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses. A group security bond of £500.00 will be requested 1-2 weeks before your weekend. You will be required to pay this before details of the check-in are provided. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Please contact the property the week that you are due to arrive if you have not heard from them, to arrange payment of the security deposit. Once this is sorted you will be given check in instructions.

  • Guests shall not permit the property to be visited or occupied by more guests than stated on the booking
  • External contractors will only be allowed with prior authorization
  • This is a non-smoking inside the property. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the apart will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Noise monitors are located within the property. In consideration for our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties or use of the patio area. If you trigger a noise alert you will be contacted, by phone, text and or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team will be called out to visit our property and a charge for this will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances, you will be asked to leave the property.
  • When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
  • Please note that should be no use of glitter, confetti or spray tan in the property. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit should the property find evidence of use
