Overview

Stylish and homely 6 bedroomed house close to train station

Situated just a 2 minutes’ walk from the train station, this lush pad couldn’t be more convenient. There are six bedrooms in total, three bedrooms have bunk beds, and three bedrooms have double beds.

The spacious and stylish living room, that boasts some very cute seaside-inspired décor, has plenty of sofa space for you to lounge on and a fab wide screen SMART TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchen that has a fridge, dishwasher, oven and tea/coffee making facilities. There are three bathrooms.

Here you are approx a 9-minute walk from Brighton Dome. You don’t have to walk far to get to all of the city’s main attractions and bars. This relaxed and pretty holiday home is a great base for your last night of freedom, with the living room being a fab place for a pre-drink or two….or three!

A group security bond of £500.00 will be requested 1-2 weeks before your weekend. You will be required to pay this before details of the check-in are provided. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Checking In

Please contact the property the week that you are due to arrive if you have not heard from them, to arrange payment of the security deposit. Once this is sorted you will be given check in instructions.

Property Restrictions

  • Guests shall not permit the property to be visited or occupied by more guests than stated on the booking
  • External contractors will only be allowed with prior authorization
  • This is a non-smoking inside the property. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the apart will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Noise monitors are located within the property. In consideration for our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties or use of the patio area. If you trigger a noise alert you will be contacted, by phone, text and or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team will be called out to visit our property and a charge for this will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances, you will be asked to leave the property.
  • When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
  • Please note that should be no use of glitter, confetti or spray tan in the property. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit should the property find evidence of use
