Beautiful 6-bedroomed apartment near to main pier

Accommodating up to 12 guests, this beautiful and centrally located 6-bedroomed property is colourful and tastefully decorated. Expect a well-equipped modern kitchen (complete with complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper) and a classy living room area with big sofas, floor to ceiling windows and a large flat screen smart TV.

All of the elegant and comfortable bedrooms have double beds and all of them have full en-suite bathrooms (it's rare to find houses that have an ensuite for each bedroom). All linen and towels will be provided.

This super classy pad also has a fantastic location, the Brighton Pier is just 0.2 miles away, meaning you can be there within just a few minutes’ walk. There’s free parking for 2 small cars or 1 large vehicle, which is great if you’re coming by car.

A group security bond of £500.00 will be requested 1-2 weeks before your weekend. You will be required to pay this before details of the check-in are provided. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Please contact the property the week that you are due to arrive if you have not heard from them, to arrange payment of the security deposit. Once this is sorted you will be given check in instructions.

  • Guests shall not permit the property to be visited or occupied by more guests than stated on the booking
  • External contractors will only be allowed with prior authorization
  • This is a non-smoking inside the property. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the apart will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Noise monitors are located within the property. In consideration for our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties or use of the patio area. If you trigger a noise alert you will be contacted, by phone, text and or email. If the problem continues or you do not respond to us, our security team will be called out to visit our property and a charge for this will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances, you will be asked to leave the property.
  • When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
  • Please note that should be no use of glitter, confetti or spray tan in the property. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit should the property find evidence of use
