Located in middle of Liverpool's city centre, in the heart of Concert Square, Wood Street Apartments are sleek and stylish with wood floors, exposed brickwork and modern furniture. These apartments are just 0.4 miles from Liverpool Lime Street Station, perfect for dropping off your bags before your first activity of the weekend.

The apartments accommodate up to 8 guests with up to 4 double beds in 1 bedroom. The apartments have between one and three bedrooms. They are perfect for bigger groups who want to enjoy spending time together. The apartments also have a bathroom, an 80 inch smart TV, free Wi-fi, fully fitted kitchen, ironing facilities, oven, microwave, fridge and a spacious lounge area.

Right in the city centre, Wood Street apartments are surrounded by bars, clubs, restaurants and shops, just what you want for a fun weekend. You have clubs such as Level and Soho right on your doorstep. With the famous Albert Dock only a 16 minute walk away and One Shopping Complex a 12 minute walk away, you are not far from a night of partying and a day of shopping.

Required Week of Travel - £700.00

A group security bond of £700.00 will be requested the week of your event. You will be required to pay this before details of the check-in are provided. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Checking In

You will be contacted by the apartments the week of travel, usually Wednesday/Thursday. During that call, you will be asked to provide credit/debit card details for the security bond. Bonds can be paid using either one card or multiple cards. Bonds usually take 5-7 working days to be returned however some internet banks can take longer.

Please note that key codes/keys/access will not be provided until a security bond has been taken.
