Epic house with swimming pool, casino, nightclub, outdoor hot tub and much more

Feel like you are a millionaire by booking this absolutely amazing party house. This grade 2 listed building, that sleeps up twenty guests can be found near Morecambe overlooking the Irish Sea. There are seven bedrooms (sixteen beds), six bathrooms and two WCs. There is a gorgeous open plan kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining table (that seats twenty) and lounge with a big wall mounted TV and cute comfy sofas.

Now for the really fun stuff…. This epic house has a games room, casino and a nightclub, meaning you don’t even need to leave the house to have a crazy party. It boasts disco lights, smoke machines, full surround sound system, as well as a full Instagram live wall. Not only that, the house also boasts a private full size indoor pool*, sauna, massage room and a gym. If you fancy chilling out for a bit, get yourself to the cinema room for a flick.

This isn’t to mention outside the house, where there is an outdoor heated hot tub, a stone pizza oven, a fire pit and a gazebo. There is parking available for fifteen cars.

*The gym and pool are also used by other properties on the site, but you are allocated a time so it's private for you.

Middleton Manor is just over 5 miles away from the seaside town of Morecambe. The village of Heysham, which is a 7 minutes’ drive away, has a co-op which is great for stocking up on supplies. Just up the road (a 3 minutes’ walk away) you have The Middleton Pub, which is perfect if you fancy a few drinks out.

Security Bond

Per group bond – card only - £500.00

A group security bond of £500.00 will be requested upon check-in. This will be refunded upon departure provided there is no damage to property and all house rules have been adhered to.

Payment can be made by pre-authorisation on a card. Please be aware pre-authorisations will take 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account.

Please Note: LNOF do not hold any influence over security bonds and the decision to charge this and the amount requested is completely at the discretion of the accommodation provider.

Deposit

A 50% per group non refundable deposit is required to book this accommodation.

Checking In

Flexible check in, Check out by 10:00. Keys will be in a lock box the code for which will be provided once the security deposit has been paid

2 Night Minimum Stay - Check In/Out is not permitted on a Saturday

Property Restrictions

  • The interior of the Property must be left clean and in good repair and condition.
  • Clean and keep free from blockages and obstructions all baths, sinks, lavatories, cisterns, drains, gutters, pipes, chimneys, and the like
  • Do not dispose of “wet wipes”, disposable nappies or other items of personal hygiene down the lavatory.
  • Keep clean the carpets, curtains and all other items in the inventory.
  • Keep clean the insides of all windows and replace any which break for any reason.
  • Pay for any necessary repairs or replacement goods damaged during the letting period.
  • Use the Property only as a holiday home for no more people than the maximum occupancy stated above and will not operate a business at the property or use it for any improper, immoral, or illegal purpose.
  • Not assign, sublet, charge or part with or share possession or occupation of all or part of the Property.
  • Do not cause nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, other occupants, or any neighbour.
  • Do not change or remove any of the Owner's furniture, fixtures and fittings or items on the inventory.
  • Do not change or install any locks on any doors or windows nor have additional keys made for any locks without the prior written consent of the Owner.
  • Do not keep or allow pets of any kind on the Property without the prior consent of the Owner.
  • Report to the Owner any disrepair or defect in respect of the Property or the fixtures and fittings and report any failure of mechanical or electrical appliances.
  • Allow the Owner, his agent, or contractors access to the Property at reasonable hours during the day, or to carry out urgent and unforeseen repairs or other works to the Property or to carry out maintenance of the appliances. The Owner will normally give at least 24 hours' notice, but the Holidaymaker will give immediate access in an emergency.
  • Whenever the Property is left unattended, the Holidaymaker will fasten all locks to all doors and windows and activate any burglar alarm, to prevent unauthorised access to the Property.
